Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (strict - 100$/ every half hr guest fails to vacate the property)

Hot tub: Children supervised, no alcohol, no pets
Safety : No unauthorized fires (including candles)

Pet Policy (Dogs Only, 2 Max)

– $250 per pet per stay
– Must be under 35 lbs, house-trained, crated if unattended
– No aggressive breeds (Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, etc.)
– Must be crated when left unattended

– Mid-stay trash removal available for an extra fee
– Excess trash left behind is chargeable to guests
