Reserve this gorgeous home for your next visit to Winnipeg. With approximately 3000 sqft including a GROUND FlOOR adjoining Studio unit, there is more than enough room for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second level of the home With the gym/sauna and 4th bathroom in the basement. The studio unit has a bed, living room/dining room area and a SPA shower all on the Main floor. This home is perfect for that family reunion or business trip!

The home is very private and relaxing. Key features include :

. 4 bathrooms total including a master ensuite with a gloriously deep free standing soaker tub and a separate tiled shower!
. The main floor bathroom serves as an ensuite to the adjoining studio suite. It's just like going to the spa. Simply amazing!
. 3 Fire places to keep you nice and warm. A wood burning one in the main floor Living room and then we have an electric fireplace in the family room and another in the Master suite on the second floor.
- Home gym includes: One Elliptical machine, One Treadmill, Two Stationary Bikes, a workout bench with weights and a 3 person Sauna
- There is a main kitchen and also a secondary kitchen in the studio suite
- A spacious deck with a large Barbecue, a 4 person Hottub and outdoor furniture. The Hot Tub is usable year round.

You will have access to 4 bedrooms and the rest of the entire home including the adjoining studio suite and the Home gym plus Sauna in the basement.

You may see either myself or my husband from time to time on the outside, however, we will be staying elsewhere during your visit.

Please note that the absolute maximum number of guests, including children, is 10. We do not allow pets. No additional guests allowed other than those on the reservation without prior consent. Any violation of these rules will result in your reservation being cancelled without refund.

Parking is available on the street right in front of the house.
