With our high end queen bed in an enclosed bedroom, full-size pull out sofa bed and convertible lounge chair, this fully-equipped condo can sleep up to 5 people.
Free parking, Nespresso coffee, in-suite washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, high ceilings and impeccable cleaning are included.
Be at the heart of the city, steps away from amazing restaurants and across the street from a major shopping mall.
The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home.
This spacious 780 Sq ft 1 bedroom with fantastically high ceilings can sleep 5 and includes free parking. The modular kitchen island design offer flexibility for those wanting space to work out, stream, or just enjoy open space. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, filtered water and ice from the fridge, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine (with pods), tea and even some spices and staples. The bathroom has a slate shower with great water pressure. There is also a separate bath tub, heated floors in the bathroom and even a bidet! Everything is clean, organized, and gorgeous.
Living/dining space has a lot of natural light, stylish recessed LED lighting and an extra lamp. The dining table is also very large and great as a work space. We have a big screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video and it is chromecast ready. I like to cast my shows to it or even just my laptop to it from the dining table to serve as a 2nd monitor. There is a small Juliette balcony looking out on a brand new condo development. There are board games and even an LP record player (and album selection) that definitely will make your stay even more pleasant! Hip art from local artists adorn our walls. We love our home and we hope that you will too!
Located just a block away from the gate to Chinatown, Pender Living is hyper central. SkyTrain and Rogers area are 2 blocks away, and a multitude of restaurants and shopping locales are within a few minutes walk.
Forget expensive downtown parking; our condo includes free parking for one vehicle in a secure, underground garage.
Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours to enjoy privately. Once you check in, you will have a fob for building/elevator access, and a key for the apartment door. We also have smart lock entry.
The Neighborhood:
Our condo is in the Crosstown area of downtown, right across from International Village mall, and is close to everything you need - Rogers Arena/BC Place, Chinatown, Gastown, Yaletown, Watefront, Main Street, Science World, Olympic Village, some of Vancouverâs best restaurants including 2 Michelin Starred restaurants within 2 blocks - Kissa Tanto and Barbara - other nearby restaurants are Phnom Penh, LâAbatoir, Chambar, Di Beppe, Autostrada, Rodneyâs Oyster bar, great sushi/ramen and more. Lots of coffee shops (Prado, Revolver, Finchâs, Matchstick) great pubs/lounges (Diamond, Keefer Bar, Guilt & Co, Local, The Pint), Rennie art gallery, Sun Yat-Sen Garden, grocery stores, movie theatres and great shopping all within close walking distance. Rogers Arena and Stadium Skytrain station is <5 min walk/2 blocks away for easy commuting. Note, while the area is safe and gentrifying, this is downtown Vancouver so there are homeless and drug addicts. There is even an elementary school less than 2 blocks/few mins walk away as an example. There is also construction in the area, including going up directly behind the building.
Getting Around:
With a near perfect walk/bike score, you donât need a car to explore the area, but we do rent vehicles and have free parking available, Stadium Skytrain station is 2 blocks away, and multiple transit routes run by the building. The SeaWall and waterfront are 3 blocks away, Chinatown is half a block away, supermarkets and restaurants are a block away, and Gastownâs tourist district is a 5 minute walk. In town for sports or a concert? Rogers Arena is 2 blocks away and BC Place is 3 blocks away.

Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom has a queen bed, high end and elevated. The living room space features a full size pull out sofa bed and single size convertible day chair, all with linens included. Sleeps up to 5 people.
Neighborhood: As with any major west coast North American city, Vancouver has its struggles with homelessness. The more central you are, the more âcolourfulâ characters you will see. With that in mind, Vancouver is a very, very safe city, with extremely low rates of violent crime.
Interaction with Guests:
We are travelling abroad, but our property managers are available to help with any issues during your stay. We ask that you bring any potential issues to our attention immediately so that we have a chance to address them for you.
