I am a native New Yorker and as in my professional career have owned vacation lease properties in New York , Florida and California. The NY vacation lease homes were located in the Hamptons and here in Los Angeles and Palm Desert. Through the years we have aquired unique properties all of which had a long history of repeat families and all knew our reputation for maintaining a great condition and very comfortable setting for our guests. Their experiences were a carefree, tranquil well appointed home in which we had exceeded our customers expectations . We know from having over 20 years in the vacation short term lease business the proper way to communicate ,maintain and present the home for our guest. We just do not want to be another lease home rather to have guest feel they are in a very special place. This home is correctly furnished in the 50's except for some electronic upgrades will make you feel as if the Rat Pack could have been poolside and in its long history may have been. We have had celebrities referred to us and discreetly work with Sports, TV and Movie personalities.
