Had a wonderful time in Park City, this is a fabulous location to get to mountain & restaurants, definitely hope to go back again.

Ideal location and the house was perfect. We had an adult getaway for 3 couples for 3 nights and we had a blast. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property! We didn’t rent a car for a long weekend and it turned out fine as we walked or used Uber to get around...perfect location!

Relaxation

The home is perfect for families that want to be close to town and to the mountain with the privacy of a home. Comfortable, has everything you need for your stay and more and then walk across the street to catch the town lift to the mountain. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Location

The house was perfectly located for skiing Park City. Literally across the street. Ski stores and rentals right there. One block off the northern part of Main Street. Could not have been better.

Great location!!! Poor communication

Amazing location. Property manager did not reach out with check-in instructions. Communication was poor. Wi-Fi password was wrong and correct one was never given.

In reviewing your reservation I can see that we sent your check in information on March 28th to the email address you provided when you made the reservation so we are a bit baffled why you didn't see it? We try to make sure that guests know where to go and how to access the property as soon as we have the guest registration filled out. We do apologize for the Wi Fi issues. This home has a new owner and the Wi Fi information was changed when the service was disconnected. We do provide a number for 24/7 help and hope that someone was able to communicate with you. Again, we are pleased that the house meet your expectations and apologize for the issues you mentioned.

Best location in town

Could not imagine a better location in town. It is essentially ski in ski out. The town lift is directly across the street. High West Distillery & Saloon (the nation's only ski-in distillery) was right next door. They were serving hot cider outside and delicious food and drink inside. Everything else is walkable. No need for a car. But if you had one like we did, there is garage parking for 2 vehicles in the unit. The house was setup perfectly. Would comfortably sleep 2 families. Very nice amenities. And the property management team could not be more accommodating. We were able to check in several hours before our allotted time and check out late as well. I could not say enough nice things about the property management team led by Tia and Katie. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect House for skiing

This is a great house with a perfect location across from the town lift. Hot tub was amazing for apres ski and the steam shower was a nice surprise. It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well equipped. We got great recommendations for dinner and lunch from the concierge across the street. We spent 3 nights but would have loved to spend a week!

Christmas stay

Great place in great location. Only complaint was the heating malfunctioned and was not able to be fixed other than a mediocre stop gap. These things happen but would have expected to have been compensated accordingly which did not happen.

Perfect Park City Vacation Rental!

We traveled to Park City with 10 friends for our college teammates wedding and could not have been happier with this rental. Trudy and the team were incredibly helpful allowing us to check in early and stay later to accommodate our flights. The house is the perfect location - walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Definitely recommend to others!!

Great home, great location!!

Our experience in Park City was wonderful! The home is beautiful! Great kitchen and comfortable home. A few things to consider. There is not a bathroom on the main floor, and the master bedroom is three flights up. This didn’t bother us at all, but I think it’s something renters should be aware of. Overall, I highly recommend!

I am not one for leaving reviews but felt impelled after our stay during the summer... Quite possibly the best of the best in PC...We will be returning for sure...Felt like i was at home!

Great home. Exactly as represented.

The house was great for our family of five. There was plenty of room. You could easily do two families at the property as there are, basically, two master rooms. Kids would all be downstairs. The location was perfect and really convenient only steps - literally - from Town Lift. We were pleased with the property management company too. They were helpful and responsive.

Perfect Location, Modern Accommodations

This new condo building couldn't have a better location to downtown Park City. The condo itself is clean, modern, and has an amazing layout that offers plenty of room, and also privacy to each couple. The roofdecks, outdoor jacuzzi, and parking top off this fantastic rental. Highly recommend!
