A restored antique door adds a unique touch, serving as a focal point and leads to the porch— a favorite spot for morning coffee, family dinners (table seats six), or afternoon cocktails. The full bathroom, located between two bedrooms, features elegant herringbone slate tile and a tub/shower combo. The largest bedroom holds a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed.

The lower level impresses with rare polished concrete floors, preserving the original slab's durability and unique aggregate blend. A custom-built bench/laundry area near the driveway entrance provides both style and function, with inset cabinets, hooks, and cubbies.
