~ Check-In Process: Your arrival is completely self-managed via the smart lock system, so there’s no need for an in-person greeting. We’re available by phone, text, or email if you need assistance finding the property or settling in. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, but we’re happy to accommodate early arrivals when possible—just let us know!
~ During Your Stay: We believe in giving you the space to enjoy Neptune`s Pearl as your own private retreat. You won’t see us on-site unless you request maintenance or support.

Check-Out: Departure is as smooth as arrival. Simply follow the brief check-out instructions (e.g., lock up, run the dishwasher, take trash to the bins), and let us know when you’re on your way out by 10:00 AM. No need for an in-person farewell—we’ll handle the rest and wish you safe travels via message.

All pets must be pre-approved. There is a 1-time pet fee of $150.
