Wayside Getaway with cozy patio & private hot tub!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! You have the whole house, a front porch to relax on, smokeless firepit & seating, secluded patio out back with pergola, another seating area and a private 7 person hot tub! Bikes and toys for kids, and welcome public access to over a dozen playsets right next door on our sales lot. Play to your heart's content! 2 car garage with level 2 EV charger available.

There are 3 rooms and a full bath on the second floor. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The third room is dual purpose, with a workstation and a futon which could also sleep 2.

There is a 1/2 bath with toilet and sink on the main floor. The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a table for 4.

The cozy living room has an electric fireplace and flat screen tv.

There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, and an ironing board and iron upstairs.

There is a detached 2 car garage with 8x7 garage doors which are available for your use, as well as lots of room for additional parking.

We are still working at creating a cozy outdoor patio and dining experience along with a 7 person hot tub, and more amenities to follow!

Guests are welcome to the entire house and 2 car garage. There is also a yard around the house that can be played in.

The business next door has a couple dozen very large kids playsets on display, and you are welcome to try them all out! The parking lot next door also has a free level 2 EV charger that you can plug into.
