Wonderful place?

My husband, son and mother in law stayed here overnight for YSU graduation. Walking in we immediately felt at ease and were able to relax in comfort after a long drive. The house and yard are beautiful and has everything you need. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again

Great Location for Local Golf Courses

We had a golf weekend and the proximity to a lot of great courses could not be better! Owner was super responsive and the house was in great shape. Love our stay here.

Family Reunion

The perfect home away from home!

We absolutely loved staying at The Hitchcock House! I have three teenagers and we made the trek from Florida to spend the Thanksgiving holiday in Ohio visiting family. The house is beautiful and very spacious and I loved that we weren’t on top of each other in a hotel room. There was more than enough room for the everyone to spread out; it was the perfect landing spot for us. Krista was quick to answer any questions and provided everything you could imagine to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The kids devoured the welcome basket…thank you Krista! If you have younger kids, the huge back yard would be the perfect place for them to run around and let out their energy. With my older ones, it was hiking in Mill creek park right across the road. The beds were super comfortable and I appreciated the ability to cook “at home” instead of eating out for every meal. And access to a washer/dryer was awesome…especially after hiking! The house is close to just about everything but also offers a peaceful setting with the park across the road. We actually saw some deer in the woods! All in all, I couldn’t recommend a better property to stay at and we’re definitely keeping it at the top of our list for our next visit!

Impressive home and host who thinks of everything!

We stayed here while in town for my son’s wedding. I love every bit of this cozy and roomy home in which EVERYTHING has been though of including the welcome snacks! The sweet host checked in with us to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. What a beautiful property and home- especially in autumn! Thank you so very much!

Wonderfully updated and spacious home

I brought my wife and 2 adult children to the see the area where I grew up. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the open kitchen area and comfortable family room. House was very clean and Krista was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home!

Our family truly enjoyed staying at this home over the weekend. Our grandson was in the Ohio elementary wrestling state tournament and this home was the perfect place to enjoy family time and a break from the competition. We are hoping to book it again!

Home away from home

The location of this house is great-so many amenities and comfy-truly feels like a home away from home. Kitchen stocked and comfy beds and love the tvs and fans in each bedroom. Great backyard to relax. Kids had a blast in this vacation. Krista was a delight and communicative and we plan to come back whenever we are in the Youngstown area.
