Updated studio with new flooring, appliances, and bath. Washer / dryer and dish washer were much appreciated. Spacious and very clean. Off street parking is limited but there is street parking. I would recommend a stay at this centrally located unit.
We would stay again. Just a few things to make it even better.1. The check in procedure with the keypad needs to be more clearly listed.2. It would be more convenient if the wifi connection data was in the unit so we do not have to connect with the owner to get it.3. The kitchen table is very uncomfortable. I am tall and my wife is also, and it was very hard to get our legs under the table the way it is constructed.
I stayed here in this cozy studio apartment for the last 3 months while on a travel contract. At first, I wasn't sure it was big enough, but the pictures don't do the property justice. It is the perfect size for one person looking for a place to unwind and relax at the end of the day. Everything you could ever need is available. Dario is an excellent host who will answer your questions or take care of any issues right away! I love how close everything was to the apartment -- less than 5 minutes away from my job and 5 minutes from downtown. One of the best diners is within walking distance (Mason Dixon Cafe) from this location too! Also, there is a large shopping center and mall within 10 minutes. It made me feel like I was back home because I live close to stores, restaurants, hospitals, etc.Downtown FXBG is a great place to visit! There are a lot of wonderful restaurants, shops, and activities for all ages. The city has a rich history too, so check out the battlefield park and take a tour! I'd also recommend checking out Shannon Air Museum! My fiance and I enjoyed a lovely guided tour (ask for Bob). I also visited DC a few times during my stay because it is only 1 hour drive time. However, I would recommend not driving into the city as it is a pain in the butt to get out with all the traffic on I-95 (learned my lesson once, never again). Instead, take the Metro into DC. The fare is cheaper than taking Amtrak. Overall, I was very, very happy with my stay! Thank you Dario
