We loved our stay here! It has an incredible balcony. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony listening to the waves. The location is great - so easy to walk the beach and next to restaurants/bars. Our host communicated with us flawlessly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

My family went down and stayed for a week, the condo was perfect! Everything worked perfectly, the view from the porch was gorgeous, the host was very nice and communication with him was awesome! We loved it so much we already booked the same place for our anniversary trip in two months! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place!

We loved our stay and the host was so informative and prompt. We didn’t have any issues, and I never had to ask for help because the info was already at my fingertips. He’s on top of it for sure! Bed was extremely comfortable, and I’m very picky when it comes to that. My kids loved the bunk beds with their own tvs! What a cool feature. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would add or bring yourself would be plastic drink ware.Perfect views from the balcony. Coffee just tastes better relaxing by the ocean. We felt very safe at all times, and the resort was large enough so it never felt crowded or too loud.

Great property overall. Beach view cannot be any better. Small issues upon our arrival. One of the living room chairs was coming apart at the bottom. Screws missing. The trash can lid was not attached to the kitchen trash can. The bedroom light and fan were all on one switch. We had to get on the bed to control the light and fan separately the switch at the door would turn both the light and fan on or off at the same time. The main bed was very comfortable but also high an elderly person would have an issue here. Also the entrance to the patio area had a lip that if you are not paying attention can cause someone to trip and hurt themselves.

Both items have already been repaired and corrected. Guest feedback like yours helps us address maintenance items quickly and keep the condo in great condition for future visitors. Regarding the bedroom light and fan controls, we understand how that setup can be inconvenient, especially at night. We will look into possible improvements to make operation easier for guests. We also appreciate your notes about the bed height and the patio threshold. Safety and comfort are very important to us, and your comments are helpful for future guests as well. Location cannot be beat. It is across the street from the beach. The unit has 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Great touch. But bring your own beach towels. The host was easy to reach and responded very quickly to my questions via the app. The apartment was clean and well appointed. My husband and in were there for a music festival (Sound Wave). It was within walking distance. The appliances in the unit were great and all in working order. Fridge with water and ice dispenser was terrific. Washer/dryer unit is great if you have kids or are staying for a longer trip.The 1 one bedroom was perfect for me & my husband. It could work well for a famy of 4 or 5 with younger kids. It would be tight with teenagers. The condo pool is okay. The indoor/outdoor pool is heated. The 2nd pool (fully putdoor) was not. The area around the indoor pool is small and only has chairs, no loungers. There are lounger amd tables with umbrellas by the outdoor pool.I would definitely book this unit again if we come back to Miramar Beach.

Place was clean, nice, and mostly as pictured… the bathrooms could use some updating just kinda showing its age… we still very much enjoyed our stay and would rent again!
