Concierge Services:

For added convenience and to enhance your stay, the property includes a separate casita where the property manager resides. While she is dedicated to ensuring your privacy and will not interfere with your enjoyment, she is available to assist should you need anything during your stay. Her presence provides valuable on-site support and access to concierge services, including guided yoga sessions for an additional fee. She can also show you how to access the hiking trail directly from the backyard and offer any other assistance to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Rest assured, your experience will be serene and uninterrupted, with only support available upon request.

* Kitchen: Whip up culinary masterpieces in this beautifully designed kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, a scullery, and a full-house water filtration system.

* Dining Room: Enjoy meals at the grand table for 14, set against a backdrop of a decorative fireplace and art by Melissa Lakey. On pleasant evenings, take your dinner outdoors to one of the two tables for 8, perfect for al fresco dining.

* Game Room: The game room, adorned with glowing lanterns, is ideal for a friendly game of pool.

* Flex Room: Located at the base of the stairway, this versatile space can be a mini yoga studio, meditation room, a quiet reading nook, or a nap area for kids, complete with a full-sized pull-out couch, yoga mats, blocks, straps, and cushions, and 65” Smart TV.

2nd Level Bedrooms:

* Master Bedroom (2nd Level): King Bed, on-suite bathroom, private work space, a 50" Smart TV, and a large balcony. This room has a large airy feel with the best view of Thunder Mountain. 

* 2nd Bedroom (2nd Level): Two Queen Beds, access to a private bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for sunrise views. 

 Main Level Bedrooms:

* 1st Bedroom: Two XL Twin Beds (convertible to a king, fee applies), a 50” Smart TV, and a charming princess balcony with bold green jewel tones and a mountain tapestry.

* 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, 50” Smart TV, and a large shared balcony with Bedroom 3. Includes a desk for work or when a spark of inspiration hits, with views of Chimney Rock.

* 3rd Bedroom: King Bed, on-suite bathroom, 50” Smart TV, and a shared balcony with Bedroom 2. Enjoy unique decor and sunrise with views of hot air balloons over Chimney Rock or evening views of the sunset.

*On-Suite Master Bathroom with large tub and separate walk-in shower 

*Private Full Bathroom with shower-bath combo (2nd Bedroom, 2nd Floor)
