Thoughtfully decorated studio cabin in a great location with access to private beach, volleyball courts and seasonal outdoor pool. The recently renovated end unit on the Forest Side of the Complex provides extra privacy, checks all the boxes and then some!

âą PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted per HOA
âą NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
âą PARKING: Limited to 1 vehicle per HOA. Street parking is never permitted.

âąThis unit is Not Lake Front or Lake Side - it is located across the street on the Forest Side of the Complex and is forest adjacent.
âąNo central heating (fireplace and heated bathroom floors only)
âąRefrigerator, oven, dishwasher are smaller than standard
âąUnit is about 300 square feet and is a single room for the living area, sleeping area, dining area in kitchen with a private bathroom.
âąCommunity pool, volleyball courts, gas grills are only offered in the peak summer months.
*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.
This cozy, studio cabin is just a short stroll across the street from Lake Tahoe and is the perfect romantic getaway! With no neighbors to the side or the rear, and a paved trail that curves beyond this last unit to the forested end of the complex, it feels like your own little haven.
Inside, you're greeted by crisp, white linens on a custom-made bed, warmed by the sleek built-in fireplace and eager to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your meal at the expandable dining table or expand your community by dining with other guests in the communal BBQ areas. Burn off dessert with a challenging game of table tennis or head to bed early and cuddle by the fire while streaming your favorite show. Just off the living area, the updated bathroom features a contemporary vanity, a stunning tiled, walk-in shower plus heated floors. This studio cabin with a covered front porch feels spacious and makes a great home base - for activities inside and out. Without starting an engine, you can enjoy all the activities of the Lake from a private or public, grab a slice of pizza and brew, feast on a mouth watering steak and cooling down while enjoying a frozen treat at a Tahoe landmark.
This cabin is located within "The Franciscan" complex and has access to all the Home Owner's Association (HOA) seasonal amenities including a pool, a volleyball court, BBQ grilling stations (one just outside the cabin), and just across the street - a private beach with a private pier! Although not included, there is a public boat ramp and kayak rentals conveniently available next door to the complex at the Tahoe Vista Public Beach.
