The place was beautiful and very well decorated. It was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The back porch and dock are incredible. Lots of room. Great communication from the host. Will definitely come back!

We use VRBO homes all the time and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed in. Grant, the host, was so easy to contact and he always responded immediately. The house was immaculate and the cute bows on the TP and paper towels added to the house’s charm. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils, grill, crockpot etc. FYI the driveway is steep but close yo the house there was ample level parking spaces. Getting down to the dock was also steep but the deck off the kitchen was a perfect place for our older folks to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! I have never left a review but this house deserved an excellent review and rating! Thank you Grant!

Amazing view. Brand new home with all the amenities and plenty of space to host several families. Grant, our host, was very accommodating and responsive. This is definitely a repeat booking option for me.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay tremendously! We had 3 little ones and the deck was safe and kid friendly.

This location was very family friendly with lots to do for the kids. From playing board games to riding the paddle boards that were supplied. They even enjoyed the fishing. Ping Pong and even the hot tub. It was very quiet cause it was tucked back away from the main water. Host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Everything was extremely cleaned and very relaxing. We will definitely be back to stay another time. Thank you so much for sharing your home

Lake weekend

We stayed at the property while visiting our daughter at Auburn. Nice, quiet location, beautiful home with tons of room to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable! Would definitely come back.

We stayed for 5 nights for Christmas and made so many memories! The home itself is amazing! There is so much space. The kids were able to hang out downstairs and the adults upstairs. We are a family of 10, and there was more than enough room for 5 more people. If you want to visit Lake Martin this home has everything! Ping pong, hot tub, kayaks, and paddle boards. We plan to stay again this summer! The host was very timely with responses.

Togetherness

It was a great weekend with my family! Boys are older and this may be one of the last times we're all able to be together. The house was relaxing and big enough for all to have their own space. Many hours laughing on the dock and playing ping pong. A good place to find togetherness.

A Lake Martin Must

This property was amazing. It is brand new, fully stocked, and has great amenities. There’s plenty of room for multiple families. The hosts were great and communicated very well. This has got to be one of the best rentals on the Lake. We looking forward to booking in the summer!

Perfect Graduation Family Spot

Rained the entire weekend, but there were enough things to do in the big house to keep us entertained. Great time with the family. Cooked a lot (as usual). Comfy beds, very clean and well appointed. With that many people, the on-demand hot water was a must! Great communication with the host. Highly recommended!

Weekend Retreat

We came down for a wedding and we happened to book pretty last minute. From the photos I thought it looked nice but we really just wanted a place to fall asleep close to the wedding. Turns out this place is much more impressive in-person. The place just felt clean and smelled clean, the ceilings are higher than I expected which was nice. We came back from the wedding and actually played ping pong and ended the night in the hot tub. What a great little weekend retreat, wish we had gotten more time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and impressive views from the multple decks.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Beyond Expectations!

From the moment I arrived at "Oak Road Oasis", I knew this was going to be an unforgettable experience. The property was even more stunning than the photos, and I felt right at home as soon as I walked through the door. The space was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need (and more!).The location was ideal – close to all the best spots yet tucked away in a peaceful area. Whether I was sipping coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views or enjoying the cozy, stylish interior, I couldn’t have asked for a better setting. Not to mention, the hot tub was huge and the firepit was perfect. But what really made this stay exceptional was Grant and his team of hosts. Their attention to detail and care for their guests went above and beyond. They had clear communication, helpful recommendations for local attractions, and made sure I had everything I needed for a stress-free, enjoyable stay.I truly can’t recommend this house enough. It felt like a home away from home, and I will definitely be back! If you're looking for a place that offers comfort, beauty, and a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is it!

Celebrating my daughters upcoming graduation

I can’t say enough about this property. The home is immaculately beautiful! We were celebrating my daughter’s upcoming graduation so we had a couple of her friends staying with us. The home gave plenty of room for all of us. The beds were so comfy and everything about this house was just amazing. The hot tub kept the teenagers occupied as well as the ping pong table. The kitchen was so well stocked with any and everything I needed, so much that I felt like I was at home. Saturday called for severe weather all over the state of Alabama. The hosts text to let us know that the basement was their safe place. The whole basement is a living area. I stocked the basement refrigerator full of water and took all of our snacks down so that we would be prepared. Invited my parents over for dinner that night and kept them there during the storms. I loved cooking in this fully stocked kitchen with my mom. We did in fact have a tornado warning that night and the basement made us feel very safe and comfortable. The hosts communicated so well with us during the storms and during our stay. You will absolutely not be disappointed staying here. I am already looking into booking another stay.

Excellent lakefront property at the end of a quiet slough. Property was very well appointed and host was approachable and communicated well concerning check in/out and house rules. Very close to multiple marinas (The Ridge, Chuck's and Harbor Point). I have been renting properties on Lake Martin for several years and would definitely return to this house in the future.
