Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Great location, the complex is gorgeous and secure! This particular unit needs a new dryer, dishwasher, laundry room toilet and the electric outlets looked in to! Once the minor repairs are updated and fixed I will rate this condo 5/5.

Great place

The staff at the Phoenix West II were very friendly. The condo was very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. And the balcony was nice with a good view. Lazy River and pools were very popular with my grandkids. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Location was great, except no beach view from this unit. It was chilly for us so not a big deal. Communication with the rental team was great and very prompt. I would stay here again!!

Not at all beachfront and no beach view

Liquid life could care less other than getting paid. This site has no beach or gulf view. Enjoy looking at the rooftop and Perdido Beach Blvd and inland towards the Wharf. They charge for your parking pass. All 3 toilet were uncleaned upon arrival. Asked to trade to a different condo and they answer was a flat no.. you booked with vrbo yourself so we can't help you.

The best of both worlds for families. Ease of location getting to restaurants, shopping, etc. lazy River, indoor pool, water slide, on the beach. My only disappointment was that this particular condo does not face the ocean.

Nice and clean. Toaster did not work🙁 but we just toasted our bread in the oven under the broiler.

All was good. Found the kitchen to be set up very cheaply. The vegetable peeler was totally unusable. Had to peel 5lbs of potatoes with a paring knife. Cheep pots too.

Gorgeous property

Orange Beach was beautiful! The property was spectacular! The only hiccup is that check-in starts at 3 P.M. Your room might not be ready at that time. Since everyone is checking in at 3 P.M. or later the building has 6 elevators for all guests. Unfortunately, that doesn't work with 31 floors. Our family and others were waiting over an hour just to get our belongings to our room. Other than that everything was cool.

Also wish we could’ve had the condo we first picked because the view of the beach would’ve been nice to wake to instead of the road. Maybe next time it won’t be switched on us.
