The Space:
This Mid-Century Estate is situated on a peaceful mountain side under ancient oak trees on a 1.3-acre private lot. This listing includes BOTH the Main House and the Loft! The Main House and Loft may be rented separately in our other listings. The property has been completely restored and offers a comfortable living environment with a mix of mid-century character and modern amenities. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own big screen 4K HDTV, high speed fiber optic internet, and is appointed with luxurious new towels, linens, and comfortable mattresses. You will enter the main home through a mountain stone doorway into a foyer before going into the open concept living area. The living room has a 65" TV and enough room to seat at least 10 guests. It is separated from the luxurious 5-star chefs' kitchen by a large granite topped island. The fully appointed kitchen has amenities such as a high end 48" gas oven, dual sinks, high end appliances and cookware and spices to suit all your cooking needs. The cozy dining room is located off the kitchen and living room. Through the kitchen you can make your way to the back part of the Estate where you will find the game room appointed with another 65" HDTV above the new oak Brunswick pool table, chess table and nostalgic arcade gaming machine. Relax on the private back porch which overlooks a spacious yard suitable for campfires or pick up sports.
In proximity, the separate "loft" (also included in this listing) sleeps 6. The loft has an open floor plan with a spacious living room and entertainment area featuring a 65" flat screen. Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen which provides all the appliances and cooking supplies that you will need during your stay. The laundry closet is opposite the kitchen for the convenience of an ensuite washer and dryer. The master suite has a comfortable king and full bed which can sleep up to four, features an additional 65" flat screen, and has an ensuite full bathroom.

Other things to note *** FAQ *** "How many buildings are on the property?" This is a private property on 74,052 sq ft lot, there is the "Estate" main house and a separate second story Loftâ about 25 feet away, those are the only 2 buildings on the property. This listing is for the Estate main house and the Estate Loft. Each has its own parking and private entrance. "Are the home and the loft connected?" The main home (4 bedrooms, 4 beds) and the Loft (1 bedroom, 3 beds) are separate buildings, about 25 feet away from each other. They are not physically connected! They each have their own living rooms, their own kitchens, their own laundry rooms, etc :) "Is there parking for multiple cars?" Yes, our driveway can accommodate 6-10 vehicles. The roads are paved and any type of vehicle can easily get to the property. "Is the home gated?" No, the property is not gated. It's located almost at the end of a quiet street with very little through-traffic, only a neighbor or two now and then. "What kind of levels does the house have?" The house is a ranch style 1 level home. There are two steps going down to the dining room and 4th bedroom from the game room. There are also two steps going up the hallway to the three other bedrooms. "Do you have a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?" Yes, we require a $75 pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that youâre bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. Youâll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking. We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to one dog during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. Dogs must be crated when you're not home or if they're unsupervised. "Is there a Keurig machine at the Estate?" Thereâs a Keurig and drip coffee machine at the Estate, so 2 coffee machines total (ie, we have 1 Keurig and 1 drip machine). "What kind of grill do you have?" We have a propane grill that you're welcome to use, and we provide the propane. We also have a propane heater for cozy outdoor use and a propane firepit to make magical memories with family and friends on the patio. All propane gas is provided when you arrive at no cost. "Will there be any decorations for Christmas?" Absolutely, we always decorate December through January for the magic :) âWhatâs the minimum age requirement for booking?â Our minimum age required to book is 18 :) âDo you offer payment plans?â By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We canât control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking. "How many TVs are in the Estate?" There are 5 giant high definition 4K TV's (one in the living room + one in each bedroom + one in the game room) along with lightning-fast Wi-Fi throughout the property for on demand entertainment. "What are the roads like? Specifically, are they paved, and can a regular vehicle make it with ease?" The roads are excellent and entirely paved. Any vehicle of any type, big or small, can make it with ease, yes! "Do you offer discounts?" You will get an automatic 10% discount if you book at least 7 nights and 15% discount for monthly stays. "How private is the outdoor area in relation to the neighbors?" Itâs quite private, you canât see any neighbors from the outdoor space (on the back of the home by the game room).
