Wonderful, very well appointed home near everything in Estes Park. Plenty of space and the perfect base for our RMNP exploration.

This property excellent in all aspects! The pictures don't do it justice. Its a very cozy and comfortable home with a neat and orderly kitchen. Even the frying pans are perfect. The location is perfect for down town and RMNP. Note that there is a Kerig.

Great house!

We had a great time. Very convenient to everything we did in Estes. And you can even walk into town. We had lots of room to spread out and just really enjoyed our stay.

Men's Church Group Went Hiking

Five men from our church stayed at the property. It was very clean and accommodating and the check-in and check-out process was reasonable and simple. Thanks so much for hosting us, we would be glad to stay here again!

Colorado Family Vacation

Beautiful stay at Estes Park

We had a great time! I had my two daughters and their husbands with me. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved that there were two outdoor sitting areas. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Property with everything

This house was amazing and had everything! Perfect setup for a large family. Loved all the outdoor seating, often with deer and elk paying us a visit! Plenty of sleeping options and bathrooms for the whole family. Beautiful views ans close to all Estes park has to offer. When we come back, i will book the same house.

Wonderful Stay in Estes Park

We had a wonderful time and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved seeing deer on the property. The home has nice furnishings. It's very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the snacks and water. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

The house was beautiful and well equipped. The little touches of a snack basket and water bottles in the refrigerator were very nice. The beds were comfortable. We saw deer walking behind the house each day. Thanks for the stay.

Wildlife paradise

With huge windows facing the back area, we saw male elk with a huge rack 2x, 4 young male deer growing new antlers, and a brown bear out the front door crossing the road. The grandkids ages 5- 10 and adults were thrilled! House easily accommodated our extended family. 2 king bedrooms in basement were wonderfully cool for sleeping in mid June.

Family Wedding in the Park

Great home base for a family wedding in the park. Good proximity and so fun to just sit and have a cup of coffee and watch the deer lounge out the window. The house was well appointed with spices etc which was really helpful. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The house was quite large and perfect for sharing with adult children as everyone had their own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Old Ranger Stay

The home is comfortable, well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Owner needs to purchase a new can opener. We were disappointed not to have local channels or cable television. However, our purpose was to get out and see God’s beautiful creation and we did that. It was a great trip!

Family Vacation in the mountains

Great house- location is just minutes from RMNP and downtown Estes. Lower level bedrooms were oversized. We do a lot of meals at the house so the kitchen is important to us and it had everything you could want, very well stocked. The 2 outdoor dining spaces were great for evening dinners. Our group was 5 adults and 2 children. We had asked owner if there was a crib or pack n play and she was kind of enough to supply one upon our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

Large Home Close To Town

We enjoyed the easiness of entering the property and appreciated all the staples and extras that were provided. The home is a lot bigger than we thought! It was somewhat “dated” and needed some work to the outside like weed-pulling, deck cleaning & painting. The worst part was the smell. Some type of perfumed air freshener or cleaning product was very strong throughout the house. Maybe to diffuse the musky basement smell. Perhaps a dehumidifier might help. ??? Poor lighting in the main bedroom in the basement - it was very dark. Overall, the house was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our Colorado adventures! The cabin itself was immaculately clean and so comfortably furnished. It had everything we needed to feel right at home after a long day on the trails. And the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances for our culinary needs. The location gives quick and easy access to Rocky Mountain NP and is within walking distance of charming downtown Estes Park. The resident elk and deer seem to like the neighborhood, too; we saw them almost every evening not far from our front door. Our host, Kennedy, was a joy to work with. She responded promptly and graciously whenever we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property and hope to be back someday!

This is a wonderful house and a very well managed property. Stocked with all the essentials, plus extras like coffee and bottled water. Nightly wildlife in the backyard was a great surprise and fun to video from the elevated deck. We could not have been happier with the house and the location!
