This neighborhood is both quiet and peaceful and secured by police who roam the streets day and night. If one wants to explore, downtown Atlanta is 15 minutes away with numerous parks in between!
💎 There's the Atlanta Botanical Gardens that's 20 minutes away with beautiful sight-seeing views.
💎 World famous Starlight Drive-In Theatre and Flea Market is just 5 minutes away
💎 One of my favorites, the Punchline Comedy club is 25 minutes away, with tickets on the weekend for as low as $25.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the creative chef. The baths are sparkling clean as they should be.. And the couches are reclined because... Why not?
