Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a sitting area with ocean views and deck access. The oceanfront bedroom offers a king-size bed with a new mattress, a private bath, and direct access to the upper deck. The bunk room features two bunk beds with new mattresses, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and access to the street-side covered deck. The final bedroom includes two twin beds with new mattresses, a private bath with an extra vanity and sink, and access to the street-side upper deck.
The upstairs sitting area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a loveseat, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a foosball table for added fun.

Mallorca is thoughtfully appointed with hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans, a new dining table, televisions, large walk-in closets in all bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, enjoy plenty of outdoor furniture and an enclosed hot/cold beach shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand.
For larger groups, Mallorca adjoins Ibiza, which can be rented together for even more space.
