This unit has been elegantly updated with modern furnishings and high-end appliances. The owner has invested in central air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay year-round, setting this property apart from other units in the complex. This unit is located on the top floor accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator access at this property.

Kaanapali Royal requires guest registration upon arrival and a one-time $160 parking fee per vehicle. Only one vehicle per unit is permitted. A second vehicle may be allowed with prior approval and an additional $160 fee.
