Youâll love our condo because of its cozy ambiance, fantastic location, and breathtaking views! Whether youâre coming for the adventure or to relax, this condo is the perfect home base for your Crested Butte experience. Ideal for up to 6 guests. If you plan on having 4+ guests, please contact us beforehandâadditional fees apply. There is a additional /housekeeping Linen Fee of $45 for the use of the Sofa Sleeper.

đ The Space: This 896 sq ft mountain retreat is designed with your comfort in mind. Featuring a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom with a SLIDING/FOLDING WALL (see photos) that can be adjusted for privacy or left open to enjoy extra views.
Even with the wall closed, the Queen bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring restful sleep. The living room offers a Queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for added comfort.
There are NO STAIRS to climbâthough on the 3rd floor, the entrance is located on the main level for easy access. Step out onto your private deck and soak in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee, or relax in the shaded comfort during the afternoonâideal for AprĂšs.
đ Prime Location: Our condo is just a short walk to the West Wall lift, making your mountain adventures effortless. Prefer not to walk? Take advantage of the Free shuttle, which stops right in front of the parking lotâeasy access to all the amazing things Crested Butte has to offer!
đ Relaxation Awaits: After a long day of exploring, unwind in the complex-wide hot tub, which boasts some of the best views around. The hot tub is conveniently located on the same floor as our condo and is available from 10 AM to 10 PM. Thereâs also a shared grillâperfect for cooking up a meal while taking in the incredible mountain scenery.

Originally from Hawaii, I now proudly call Colorado home. My husband and I have been coming to Crested Butte for over 25 years, and it's become a special retreat for us. We love spending time outdoors with our two dogs, exploring all the adventures the area has to offer. In the winter, youâll find us snowboarding and cross-country skiing, while in the warmer months we enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and backpacking through the stunning landscapes.
Beyond outdoor activities, I have a passion for cooking, gardening, and, of course, champagne! Hosting has been a joy of mine for the past decade, giving me the chance to connect with wonderful guests from around the world. I personally manage our properties to ensure every stay feels welcoming, and Iâm always happy to provide recommendations to make your visit even more memorable.

One of the things I love most about our condo is its perfect location on the mountain, facing the ski resort. Whether it's winter and you're watching skiers glide down the slopes, or summer with mountain bikers hitting the trails, the view is always exciting and full of life. Yet, we're tucked just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort itself.
If you're ready to hit the slopes, it's a quick block walk to the West Wall lift, where you can ski down to the main lift area. And for those who prefer a more leisurely start, the free shuttle stops right in front of our parking lot, whisking you to the lifts or into the charming town of Crested Butte, just a few minutes away.
