This beautiful beach house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

The home features three full bathrooms, stocked with all the essentials to start your stay off right. Each full bath offers a combination of shower and tub options for added convenience.

☆☆ KITCHEN & COMMON AREA ☆☆

Two full kitchens fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 12 +guests.

The 2 living areas of the home and is fitted with a smart TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Filled with natural light shining through the large windows. Enjoy the shining sun while gathering around the table with boardgames and puzzles.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home provides a screened porch with comfortable seating . A gas assisted charcoal grill and utensils are provided for your use. Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that Windmark community has to offer, such as beach access, resort pool, and playground.

☆ Starter supply of Dish detergent, toiletries, soap, trash bags provided. You may need more supplies if staying more than a couple days.

***House Rules & Guest Instructions***

Please remain within the property boundaries during your stay.
Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
We kindly ask that you do not disturb the surrounding community.
Your cooperation helps ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for understanding!

***Golf Cart Included in your stay***:
- 6-person electric golf cart for exclusive use within the community! Please note that guests are required to sign a waiver before using the golf cart, and the primary renter must be over 25 years old.

- Every guest is required to sign and abide by the guidelines outlined in our golf cart waiver. Per our Golf Cart Agreement, you are solely liable for the golf cart during your stay. If we find any damage you will not only be charged for the total cost of the incurred damages, but also for the cost of a golf cart rental during the length of time the original golf cart is being repaired.

- If the golf cart key is lost, stolen, or damaged a $150 fee will apply.

***This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. No more than 2 pets. Pet fee is non refundable $200/per pet. Free parking for 2-3 vehicles is available on the premises. NO PARKING OFF ROAD.

***Boat and trailer parking are not allowed.

***Please be aware, we wanted to to let you know that for your safety and security, the property is equipped with security cameras. There is a Ring doorbell at the front entrance, as well as motion sensor cameras around the garage area, the garage keypad, and focusing on the mother-in-law entrance.

These cameras are for security purposes only and are not actively monitored during your stay. We want to ensure you feel comfortable and safe during your visit.

***Community amenity closures (I.e pool, playground, restaurants, etc.) are not within our control and do not result in a refund.

***Refunds are not issued due to weather.

***No Smoking Policy***
Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the premises, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping.

Smoking Fee: If evidence of smoking is found inside the home or on the property, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your account.

Designated Smoking Area: If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided containers.

***No shoes inside the house***
