Accommodating Casa in quiet neighborhood, close to Old Town, Zoo.
This is a great room style house so the kitchen, dining and living room are one room. There are four bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a California King and a crib. There two beds in the next, a full with a lofted twin above it. Then two twins, one in at really cool upper loft; and a queen size bed in the last room. The backyard is quiet and peaceful. The landscaping is a permaculture garden, with a great view of the sunset.
The location & check in process was good & easy. The central air required a code to change. I texted the owner who then offered to come adjust it. I said no, just need the code, waited, nothing...had to text him again, finally sent it.
The place had a funky smell, not the cleanest, I mean they had a used kitchen sponge out and a bunch of old broken soaps in the bathroom like someone had actually been living there - which was weird. They had a throw on the coach that smelled like feet -ewwww.!! The hammock in the back was tucked away and dirty, so couldn't even enjoy that...in fact everything was dusty out back. Otherwise, like I said, convenient & accommodating for a large family, but I would prolly not stay here again.
