We decided to extend our stay and had to move units. This unit was available, and I’m not sure why because it was in great shape. It was very clean and had plenty of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish, soap, etc. It exceeded expectations for the two days we were there and would be a perfect property for a five day vacation.

Great resort and location

You don’t have to stay on the beach with the crowds and traffic; you can stay here and still enjoy the views of the grand lagoon and take a boat shuttle over to the beach from this location. We have a boat and we used that to go anywhere on the water, including marina’s, restaurants, and the less crowded beach at Saint Andrew’s State Park and Shell Island. We stayed during the Baypoint billfish tournament and enjoyed seeing the fish being brought in and weighed. If golf is your thing, there’s plenty of it on the beautiful golf course here. You can walk to the marina, a couple of restaurants, and the golf course and pro shop. The pool here is beautiful, clean and huge. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

You'll quickly see why we absolutely love the location of this condo in Bay Point, nestled on the east side of Panama City Beach. It offers such a wonderfully private and relaxing feel, a true escape from the usual PCB crowds. From the condo, you'll enjoy great bay views and while it feels secluded, you can still easily access all the best attractions.

We love that you can simply walk to the Bayside Boardwalk and a private beach on the bay. Plus, with boat tours and rentals right next door, exploring Shell Island is very convenient—personally one of our favorite things to do!

If you're looking for a family-friendly, relaxing getaway or a fantastic spot for golf (there's an incredible course within walking distance!), this is truly your place. We find the many options around us make this area incredibly desirable.

We’re the closest rentals to Shell Island—a natural phenomenon and our favorite activity in PCB. Rent a boat and explore this uninhabited island, where you’ll encounter dolphins, crabs, and other wildlife in a truly stunning setting. Along with the serene ambiance, you’ll enjoy convenient amenities like boat rentals, nearby restaurants, a heated pool, hot tub, grilling area, and on-site spa, all designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
