As an added bonus, 25 Coles Lane is pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard, so be sure to bring along the family pup!

The home is beautifully decorated with a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, and fabulous family room complete with a cathedral ceiling complimented with exposed beams, a 72 " Flat screen TV, panoramic views of the wooded setting + incredible natural light and more than enough seating for an entire family!

PETS:
Want to bring a four legged friend? This is a pet friendly home, but please inform us before arrival.  There is a Non-Refundable $250/dog fee 2 MAX. There is a fenced in area for your pet to enjoy, however, if you leave the dog behind while out, we ask that you use a crate. 
If you are bringing a dog you must tell the rental manager so they can add the pet fee. If you do not mention bringing a dog and have approval you could end up with a much higher fee!

Lovely cul-de-sac. No outlet lane with shade trees!

Getting Around:
Walk to town and the Main beach in 5 minutes. Trolleys run the RT One, Main St for beach, Perkins Cove, or a visit to Wells.

Other Things to Note:
Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will pick up keys from the Jean Knapp Rentals office downtown Ogunquit ( located in the RE/MAX Realty One office at 84 School St. Ogunquit, ME 03907 ).

Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer.  Please leave beds unmade.

Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only! Seven night stays.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests enjoy stay uninterrupted unless assistance required by guest.
