The Space:

Morning light spills through wide windows, inviting you to linger over coffee as the house awakens. The scent of fresh brew mingles with the gentle hum of a poolside breeze, setting a relaxed rhythm for the day ahead. As you step onto the patio, the private pool glistens, promising leisurely swims and evenings under the stars. Inside, spacious living areas invite conversation, games, and quiet moments alike.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, comfortably sleeping two. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom also offers a king bed. Two additional bedrooms each provide a queen bed. The themed Clouds bedroom includes a full bed and a twin bed, while the Minions bedroom mirrors this layout with a full and a twin bed. All six bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home, and fresh linens and bathroom essentials are supplied.



Living spaces

Two separate living areas give you flexibility to spread out or gather. The main family room is arranged with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for movie nights or catching a favorite show. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi keep you connected whether you’re planning outings or catching up on work.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for group meals. An indoor dining area flows onto an outdoor patio, encouraging long, shared meals under the sky. A BBQ grill on the patio adds a casual option for al fresco cooking.



Outdoor living

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
