Oasis de détente sur le magnifique étang du nord-est! Cette propriété au bord de l'eau sur un emplacement privilégié au bord du lac offre des possibilités illimitées et des vues spectaculaires!
Situé à la frontière du Maine et du New Hampshire, c'est un trajet facile depuis Boston.

Jardin en herbe avec foyer. Grande terrasse donnant sur le lac, parfaite pour se divertir ou se détendre.

Quai en aluminium de 36 pieds et quai flottant séparé avec toboggan. Canoë disponible pour utilisation. L'étang nord-est est grand et profond, idéal pour la pêche et les activités récréatives. Location de jet ski et ponton à proximité. Lancement de bateau également disponible si vous décidez d'apporter le vôtre (des fouets de bateau sont installés sur le quai de la propriété à utiliser).

Le chalet est sur une voie sans issue privée. Les huards et les aigles ont souvent entendu et aperçu. 10 minutes à pied du stand de crème glacée du Maine. Bonnes routes pour faire du vélo. La ferme voisine est synonyme de produits frais et de fruits à cueillir.

Lakefront vacation

Lovely spotless small home on a beautiful lake. Large deck and grassy lawn face lake for peaceful experience day and night. Quiet friendly neighborhood on dead end road. Water is warm and clean with dock and stair options though lake bottom is gravelly so boat shoes helpful here. Wonderful swimming!

Fantastic place!

This cottage was perfect for our stay! Very clean, nice area. Sandie was incredibly easy to work with and provided all information we needed. Check in was a breeze and the lake was beautiful! The cottage looks exactly like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

After a really stressful year, I was looking for a quiet beautiful place to recharge. This cottage was perfect. The lake early in the morning in fall is breathtaking, water like glass. The cottage has everything you need. I will be back!

Loved It In Lebanon

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lebanon. The home was even nicer in person and the waterfront was literally steps from the back door. The owner, Sandi, was very responsive and pleasant. The only disappointment was that the raft with the slide was not available. I would definitely consider this rental again!!

Lovely Lake Cottage!

perfect vacation

My husband and I just got back from a 5 day trip to this nice little cottage on the Maine/N.H. border. The property was excellent and working with Sandie (the owner) was quite easy. The yard was well taken care of and there a few feet away was a dock with boat whips. My husband's dream. He brought his bass boat and we spent many hours cruising the lake and fishing. One night there was a brief storm that knocked the power out but there is a automatic generator that kicked on right away. This place is set up for a very restful, layed back vacation. One thing for sure, we WILL be back.

Wonderful getaway!

What a perfect spot for our family! We live about 30 minutes away and this worked out fantastic for our family and friends to come visit and enjoy the lake time as well. The dock was great for our boat and our friends boat so we could all play on the tube and go fishing. Sandie was great to work with and made everything easy peasy! The neighbors are wonderful and friendly as well! I think we'll be dropping by their place to visit the next time we take the boat for the day. The house was neat, clean and homey, just the way our family likes it. It was so convenient having laundry facilities and the central air is so nice when the temps get a bit high.

Lovely fall escape!

We had a fabulous time cooking, hanging out, watching the fall colors reflected in the lake and stargazing during a meteor shower. As a lover of purple the decor definitely won me over. I think the upstairs was even better than the listing made it look! Heat worked well, mattress on the queen bed was comfy, wifi seemed reliable. Would have appreciated a little more counter space in the kitchen but we made it work. Hope to visit again sometime when it's warm enough to go swimming!

Perfectly relaxing getway

This house was perfect for my fiance and I for a week getaway. The house was extremely clean, and coordinating with Sandie was very easy. Perfect place to hang outside by the fire, do some off shore fishing, or load canoe/kayaks into the water and hang out on the lake! It was a very quiet area, very comfortable house, and we would certainly stay here again.

Great little cottage and plenty of room for children of all ages. Excellent waterfront views and lake access. Extremely neat, clean and serene. Cottage offered everything you would need and more. Highly recommended and would look forward to returning next summer. Grateful vacation from NH.

Great view and amenities

This was a lovely rental, and exactly as described. PROS: The view is wonderful. The description of the property is spot-on. The owner was extremely responsive and help, check in was easy, and everything was clean. It has everything on your list for a great lake vacation. We used the dock, swim platform, slide, fire pit, grill, and the canoe. The three kids made the downstairs space the "kid zone" and we could let them play and watch TV while we got some quiet time upstairs. CONS: Hardly any, but (as the description mentions) there is only a curtain separating the main bedroom from the living space, which meant some early mornings when our kids woke up before we did.

Beautiful space, clean w/ lots of amenities

Great use of space, very clean. There were plenty of activities to do on the lake. We had everything we wanted in a summer lakefront getaway! Definitely will be returning.
