THE SPACE
The Rowen is a bright, thoughtfully designed condo that gives your group a comfortable home base in the heart of Music Row. An open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen creating an easy place to gather before a night out or a day exploring Nashville. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the secondary bedroom offers offers a twin-over-twin bunk that kids and friends will love, and the living room includes a queen sofa bed for additional guests. A private patio extends your living space outdoors for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.
As a guest, you’ll also enjoy The Crescendo’s elevated amenities, including a gated and secure parking garage, a pool with baja ledge and outdoor pool bar area with refrigerator and ice maker (seasonal and currently closed through May 2026), a fitness room with treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights, a private conference room, and a clubroom with skyline views, entertaining kitchen, gathering areas, billiards table, and a sprawling rooftop patio. In every Humming Host home, you will find an elevated essentials setup, including a coffee bar with locally sourced coffee, basic kitchen staples (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper), hand soap, dish soap, and body wash/conditioner/shampoo dispensers, ample paper goods and trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, plus a Digital Survival Guide with everything you need to know about the unit and local neighborhood.

The Crescendo is a luxury condo building on iconic Music Row, blending a boutique feel with elevated, hotel-style amenities. Guests enjoy on-site concierge and overnight security, a rooftop lounge with pool table and outdoor seating, a meeting room, a seasonal pool, and a fitness center, plus complimentary on-site parking and convenient luggage storage. All of this is just minutes from Broadway and close to Vanderbilt and Belmont—walkable to cafés, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked into a quieter pocket of town.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
During your visit, our local Humming Host team is just a message away on the Airbnb app and available 24/7. We fully respect your privacy but are always happy to help or share local tips whenever you need us.

★Amenities & Building Facilities★
Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.

★Smoke-Free Home & Community★
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit, any common areas, including hallways, courtyards, pool areas, parking garages, or condo balconies. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.

★Supplies & Essentials★
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.

★Families & Baby Gear★
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.

★Maintenance & Repairs★
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.

★Building Access & Trash Rooms★
The lobby and mail room are located on Ground level, with all units situated on the floors above the lobby. Guests can access the units via stairs or elevator. A trash room is available on every unit level and located next to the elevators on the left-hand side for convenient waste disposal during your stay.

HOUSE RULES:
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only, after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
