Unit looks like it hasn’t been updated since it was built. Bed not very comfortable. The place lists that it can sleep 6(I believe). There are actually only four place settings period! Four spoons, four forks, four knives. Had to have the mgmt team drop off a bottle opener as well. Kitchen is a joke. However, the property areas are well maintained along with the pools. We really like Bay Watch. There is a reason I suppose that the price was so good. We still managed to enjoy our visit to Myrtle Beach.

Overall this was a great, clean room and great experience! We had a couple minor hiccups (A/C condensation overflowing & broken part inside refrigerator) but they were great about communicating right back and sending a maintenance person right away. It was nothing that affected our trip, just small maintenance things. The only thing I would mention is that the listing shows a fully stocked kitchen but there was only one, small skillet that was very worn and no cookie sheets. It would have been nice to have a few more of those types of options as we cooked in our room a good bit. Other than that, there was plenty of all other dishes!

Clean room, a stale smell in the room as it is not updated since it was built , and the evacuation fan in the bathroom is out of order.It will get moldy there if not the fan is fixed.Very beautiful view from the balcony.The parking pass was hidden in a kitchen cabinet without any further information about how to get access to the parking house.Overall, we are pleased with our stay in Myrtle beach.

I don't always leave a review but this one needs to be said. Bay Watch Resort was nice, several pools and restaurants. Covered parking but was located across the street. Loved the lazy river, friendly staff. But this unit 1739 was not what we expected. Large King bedroom but super tiny closet and mattress needs replaced, old springs are broken and sags on each side. Galley kitchen is in the hallway, could use extra cooking utensils. Cabinets are old and worn out..Bathroom is large but all the fixtures, lights are so rusted, needs replacement. Tub area has been updated though, should have done the rest. The living room has a Murphy bed, didn't use but felt comfortable. The carpet in the whole unit is original to the building, needs to be stretched or replaced.( tripping hazard.) There's nothing to sit on but a sofa, it definitely needs to be replaced, sags terrible. Unit will sleep 6 but it would be very tight for no place to sit unless you sat on the bed as well. Black out curtain had a huge hole in the lining, There are kitchen chairs to use but not comfortable for long use. This condo has a great view and could be nice if the owner would take to time to make it feel "Welcome and we hope you come back. " But it doesn't. Everything just looked worn out and lacks the expectations of such a nice resort. I took pictures as well.

A Room with a View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a great time with this property. It was clean and comfortable. We came before peak season and experienced no problems with the property. Although we were on the 17th floor, we never had to wait for the elevator. The room could use some updates, such as: the carpet is worn, the stove had an eye that didn't work and the coffee maker was rusty; also the silverware provided was rusting. There were general signs of wear on the bathroom door, scratches on the refrigerator door, and the microwave had lights out. The amenities were sparse with one very small bar of soap and 2 small bottles of shampoo. There was no conditioner or body lotion. Luckily, I brought those things in case and we really didn't need anything. The price was good and reflected the imperfections. The view was great and the bedroom was comfortable. So, all in all, we would stay there again because we don't expect everything to be perfect for the price we gave. If you are looking to rent a modern newly updated room, this is not the one for you.

The property needs a lot of work. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. The faucet in the bathe room sink was rusted. The carpet was wrinkle and old. The sofa was suppose to be a hide a bed, but you couldn't use because it had a cover over it. There were no kitchen supplies furnished like garbage bags, paper towels, can opener. Had dish washer soap but no dish washer. Not enough towels, sheets,blankets.
