The Space
Step into this elegant apartment where style meets comfort. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen-size bed for a restful nightâs sleep, while the living area is furnished with plush leather sofas, ideal for lounging. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation simple, and the spacious dining room with patio access provides the perfect spot to enjoy meals or relax outdoors.
Stay connected with high-speed internet and keep entertained with TVs in every room. An onsite washer and dryer (just a short walk away) add convenience for longer stays. Best of all, the saltwater pool offers a refreshing escape during your time in Houston.
Other Things to Note
ID Verification: Government-issued ID is required for all guests 21 and older. Since we manage 50+ properties and do not operate with a front desk, IDs are verified digitally after booking confirmation.
Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected the day before arrival.
Gate Opener Deposit: A $75 incidental deposit is required for the gate opener.
No Animals: To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed.
Availability: While check-ins are self-guided, our team is available for emergencies or day-to-day inquiries during your stay.
