- The spa does not stay heated like a hot tub, it only heats when you turn on the spa timer.
- Heating during the winter months is not guaranteed if outdoor temperatures are under 55 degrees.

POOL HEATING FEE = $40 per day, and must include your entire stay, and must be added to reservation prior to arrival.

* Pool disclaimer: Although we will set the Pool and Spa temperatures to 88/104, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

POOL SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced twice per week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests. Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking the pool. Service days are typically on Monday and Thursday/Friday. In order to assure pool clarity, please rinse all bodies and body products before entering the pool.

Included are The Championsgate Retreat Club and Oasis Clubhouse amenities! This private gated resort includes outstanding facilities, including the new water park with large water slides, two large resort-style swimming pools with tiki bar and grill, large lazy river, mini-golf, relaxing lounge chairs, fitness center, arcade, and more, providing enough entertainment without having to leave the community.

HOUSE RULES:

- All trash must be placed in trash bags, and then in the bin by the front door.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors.
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
-No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and owners who are allergic to animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remote controls must be left in the rooms they belong to.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
- Any missing towels/linens, remotes, or property of the home will charged for.
