Hendricks Hideaway

A unique and impeccable mid-century remodeled home near UO and Hayward field. Located on a quiet, dead end street backing up to the historic Hendrick's Park. Walk to the University and best restaurants in Eugene and then come home enjoy a secluded, quiet retreat.

The space:
Our house features 3 beds (1 queen, 1 king and 1 Tempur-Pedic pull out couch) and 3 baths. All spaces are newly remodeled.

Room 1: King bed with private upper deck seating area and TV. Main bathroom is located just a few steps below this room.

Room 2: Queen bed with private bath attached.

Room 3: Downstairs room with Tempur-Pedic pull out couch bed. LARGE flat screen TV great for sports viewing. *Please note the washer and dryer is adjacent to this bed. 3rd bathroom also located on this floor.

Living Room: large, open communal space for guests. Gas fireplace and large dining table.

Please note: there is a steep hill and driveway to navigate if on foot, but the walk is well worth it, as you are steps away from great restaurants, Hendricks Park, Hayward Field and the University of Oregon.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for the garage and storage loft accessed by a ladder. Guests will have the entire home to themselves during their stay.

Other things to note:
There is a steep hill leading up to the house if walking and a steep driveway to navigate at the property. There are 3 parking spots available at the house. There are stairs to access the lower bedroom.
