  • Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
  • Noise monitor in living room captures noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
  • Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.

Excellent choice for a small group of mountain bikers (there were 4 of us). Right near the Applegate trailhead. Can take the bike path right over to Coler. Close to downtown for food and entertainment. This one's on our list for future visits.

We had an awesome stay at this VRBO — the kind of place where you instantly relax, sleep like a rock, and start wondering if you can justify “accidentally” extending your trip. It’s spotless, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked, and clearly cared for by hosts who take pride in getting the details right.And yes, some things were labeled… but honestly, it became part of the charm. Not in a wild, over-the-top way — more like a friendly nudge from a host who wants to make sure you never open the wrong drawer three times in a row. A couple of cabinets had helpful tags, a few switches told you what they controlled, and one or two items made us laugh because they were so earnestly specific. It felt less like micromanagement and more like staying with that super-organized friend who just wants you to feel at home.The layout was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place had an easy, welcoming vibe. We genuinely loved it. The labels just added a little personality — a quirky signature on an otherwise perfect stay.Five stars. Would absolutely return.

Cute and cozy home close to bike trails!

It was our first time to Bentonville Arkansas. We came down for a family trip to go mountain biking. The location was fantastic! Super close to coler bike park! Neighborhood was quite and on a dead end road. We would definitely stay here again!

Long 2 Week Stay

Our host Shirley was very accommodating. We moved in from out of town and needed temporary housing for a couple of weeks. The location was excellent given we were walking distance from a bike trail, several grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity. Also we had a splash pad 3-minute drive from the house for our kids. Lastly there were plenty of games, ping pong and foosball to keep everyone entertained. This was our first VRBO stay and it was a positive one.

Lovely

Shirley's place is lovely, clean and bright, with a warm inviting atmosphere. It was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, and great location. Shirley was extremely communicative and responded immediately when we needed help with the thermostat. We hope to stay with Shirley when we pass through again. Highly recommend

We have stayed at plenty of short-term rentals, for work and pleasure, and wanted to create a beautiful, comfortable, convenient home where you could sleep well, hang out, and get work done if needed. We have a toddler, so are particularly attentive to the needs of parents. I get an irrational sense of joy when guests tell me they love our house and had an awesome stay. Happy guests truly make my day.

Our cul-de-sac is peaceful, safe, and family-oriented, yet close to downtown. We love how close it is to Applegate Trailhead (and therefore Coler Mountain Bike Preserve) and the Native American Museum. Also, for any needs you might have, the Walmart Supercenter is just a few minutes away.
