Resort Parking & Wristbands:
⬥ Mandatory Resort & Parking Fee: A $104 fee is required for all reservations. This fee covers access to resort amenities and on-site parking.
⬥ Pre-Registration Required: A few days before arrival, you will receive an email with instructions to register your information with the resort. This must be completed in advance so the resort is expecting you upon arrival.
⬥ Payment: The $104 fee must be paid directly to the resort in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.
⬥ Photo ID Required: A valid photo ID will be required at check-in.
⬥ RFID Wristbands: wristbands will be provided in the unit for you to use to access amenities, these must be returned to where you found them before departure. Each missing wristband will incur a $25 replacement fee billed to your account.

⬥ Parking Enforcement: Parking is strictly monitored to ensure all guests have access to a space. Please display your parking pass correctly and make sure your vehicle is parked within the lines of the designated spot.
⬥ Noise Policy: No loud noises, disruptive behavior, or parties will be tolerated. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
⬥ Age Requirement: The minimum age to book is 18 - 25 (please message us first for approval).
⬥ No Pets & No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, pets and smoking are not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony.
