Grant City Nightly Rental

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Single story 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen w/eating area, living room and dining room. This home is within 3-4 blocks of our grocery store, gas station/convenience store, local eateries (some seasonal) and city park & pool. There is one parking area in the drive and then additional space for 2-3 vehicles.

Additional rules
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE!! Smoking is permitted outside as long as you properly dispose of them and do not leave laying on the ground. We will consider outside animals for hunting if you get prior approval from us first!
DIRECTIONS FOR CHECKOUT: Please put all dirty bathroom linens, kitchen linens and anything else that might have gotten wet in the basket provided or the bathtub if additional space is needed. Leave any beds that were slept in unmade. Wash dirty dishes and leave them in the drainer, there is a trash can outside for excess trash but you don’t need to empty inside cans upon leaving. Cleaning supplies including broom, mop & vacuum can be found in the closet in dining room incase of a mess while you are renting.

Any additional bedding or blankets that may need treated for stains before laundry please put in bathroom so we are aware to treat stains before laundering. Leave any beds that were slept in unmade.
