This three bedroom townhouse in Banana Bay gated villas has everything needed for your next family vacation in Perdido Key. Sit back and relax on the private patio and fire up the gas grill while watching the sunsets on the bay. Walk inside into an open-concept living area offering plenty of seating with a flat-screen TV. You'll find the kitchen well-equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you need to cook during your stay. The dining room table offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Off of the living space is a sleeper sofa and additional full size bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs.

Upstairs you will find the bedrooms which include a main bedroom with king-size bed featuring water views. Main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features two queen-size beds.
