Bienvenue à Little Palm Villa. Séjour spacieux pour deux ou quatre personnes. Idéalement situé pour profiter de la fraîcheur des alizés, Little Palm se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme donnant sur les voiliers tournant au mouillage dans le port de Coral Bay. Une allée facile, vous pouvez faire demi-tour. À quelques minutes de la baie de corail amicale pour l'épicerie, des restaurants ou des sports nautiques. 10 minutes de la baie de Maho, un couple de plus des baies Francis et Leinster, 25 de Salt Pond, East End ou Cruz Bay - un excellent emplacement. Les clients disent que leur partie préférée de St John est le grand porche protégé!

* Cuisine gastronomique avec appareils électroménagers de qualité, îlot en acajou, comptoirs en carrelage, réfrigérateur pour boissons, barbecue au gaz extérieur.

* Formel ou repas al fresco-idéal pour se divertir

* Deux grandes terrasses-sol de véranda est filtré, véranda en bas est non blindé avec une corde à linge à portée de main

* En bas: La chambre principale avec lit king size mesure 12 'x 24', avec salle de bain / douche privative. Un matelas jumeau supplémentaire pour les enfants qui veulent dormir à proximité est disponible.

* Rez de chaussée: Grande pièce avec cuisine, coin salon et salle à manger et un grand porche avec moustiquaire avec coin salon et coin repas. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une chambre plus petite avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains séparée avec douche en orchidée, le tout au niveau de l’allée / du parking. Pas d'étapes sauf la porte à cet étage!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Little Palm. Villa had any amenities needed for a week long stay. With being high up on a hill and the many ceiling fans, AC was never needed. Back up power was much appreciated ,during our week stay the island had several extensive power outages but had no effect on our villa. Good location to explore both north and south beaches. Super quite and peaceful evenings. Rented a dinghy from the nearby Dockside Dinghy's for highlight of our week. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Yes. The hosts were very responsive. We had difficulty with TVremotes and they came personally to show us.The house has solsr and when the entire island lost powe for 24 hours they reminded us to use coffee press with gas stove to heat water. Had ceiling fans, electic lights and running water!

We (a small group of friends) rented the house for a snorkeling vacation. We brought our own gear, so we didn't use any of the provided equipment. This property was so nice with beautiful views, plenty of ceiling fans to direct the winds into the house, and plenty of space to spread out. The water tasted good and the bathrooms worked well. The stovetops were slow to heat water until we figured out that one of the burners (back right) was better than the others. The upstairs shower had orchids and was screened open to the sunlight (and the stars)! The roads on St John are narrow and steep, so the parking pad was especially appreciated (level and large enough to perform a 3 point turn around in the jeep).The hosts Ann and Rik were very nice, provinding plenty of information and recommendations prior to the visit, and a welcoming text once we arrived to just touch base and let us know they were available if we needed anything.We definitely would stay here again! (Oh, we also enjoyed watching the iguanas in the nearby trees! Very fun to watch them eat leaves!)

This was a perfect spot to enjoy beautiful St. John. Convenient to beaches and groceries with a few nearby restaurants. Such a comfortable home with wonderful views and island breezes. We would return in a heartbeat. Hosts are helpful and thoughtful.

Properly was as advertised. Ann and Rik were very responsive. The main floor deck was wonderful. The access and parking were great. Checkin and checkout very easy. Would rebook again.

Little Palm - a great place to feel at home

Ann and Rik have a truly special home and my sister-in-law and I completely enjoyed our stay. We’d head out early for snorkeling having been to nearly every north shore beach and more, then return home to relax and either stay in for the evening or head out for great local music! The house location made it easy to get everywhere on the island. I hope to return someday!!

This place is a little slice of tropical paradise! The open air design was the best and the view from the deck was amazing! It was so relaxing to come back to after a busy day of exploring. Ann and Rik were great hosts and super responsive.

We came with two grandkids to Little Palm Villa and found it to be exactly what we needed. The open floor plan and screened-in porch were wonderful. Would love to come back!

This villa is the perfect place to stay in Coral Bay with a 5 min drive to dinner, the market and a couple beaches. The villa is clean and the perfect place to make your breakfast and enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun light up the bay below. Then pack up your lunch in the cooler provided by Ann and Rik along with 4 snorkel masks, noodles, beach chairs, towels and umbrella that you can take to your adventures and be at Trunk Bay or Maho Beach within 20 minutes. Little Palm is the perfect quiet villa to stay for a relaxing and exploring island vibe experience. Ann and Rik were great hosts by proving all we needed to know in advance with easy entry instructions and restaurant and market recommendations that did not disappoint. We're already planning our return trip! Thank you for sharing your little gem with us!

Wonderful layout and view

This is a great place! The checkin process was clear and easy. The location is nice and quiet and off the road. The layout is as open and airy as it looks in the picture, and it is wonderful! Kitchen and bathrooms well-equipped for vacation usage. The two decks are massive and are perfect to soak in the beauty of Coral Bay. The drive to Coral Bay restaurants is very convenient. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful stay!

We had such a lovely stay! Every morning, we had coffee and read on the beautiful, breezy screened-in patio overlooking Coral Bay before heading out to explore the island. It was so relaxing. Our one week vacation felt much longer, in all of the best ways. Hosts were so very responsive and warm. Such a special place to stay!

This house is beautiful & the open concept is so relaxing! My teenagers commented multiple times how amazing the house was & that they’d never stayed anywhere like it!We found the house to be very well appointed. Everything that we looked for was available. There were written directions for the tv, the lights are labeled… definite attention to detail. There were plenty of fins and masks, a cooler, chairs. They’ve really thought of everything The hosts are super responsive. We had a slight challenge with the oven & they were available promptly with a solution. I think this house is best for families with teenagers or two couples traveling together. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with younger children here due to the house layout … the two rooms are are different floors and both floors have very large decks. Amazing for us, just a word of caution for families with younger kids. We REALLY enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back someday!

Outrageous view and breezes, so peaceful!

What a beautiful stay in Coral Bay. Everything is as listed, Contact with owners perfect. Loved the solar panels for backup power which kept mostly everything going! Especially fridge and fans and lights. ! Driveway is excellent and paved road up! Such a pretty home and loved the inside outside shower! Would definitely stay again!

A Wonderful Tropical Experience

Our party of three adults loved the location and experience of renting a house on St. John in January, 2023. The house was clean and comfortable and contained everything needed for our visit. The appliances are up to date; the water was excellent; the wifi worked well. Mill Vista Road is paved up the hill from Highway 10.

Rik and Ann have owned a 65 ' charter boat doing week long charters in the Virgin Islands for 30 years and now live on a smaller sailboat when renting our house.

In the 90's we sailed our cruising boat to the South Pacific for 7 years and lived in New Zealand for 3 of those years before returning back to the Virgin Islands and chartering again.

When we travel our guests are in good hands with our friend Joy who knows the house and island as well as we do, and is nearby within hours if needed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a unique house because of the openness and breeze. Having a screened in porch has allowed us not to have any doors leading onto the porch which gives the house an outdoor feeling and enhances the breeze. So you can spend more time enjoying the porch with that tropical feeling and views of the harbor and islands.
