• Free parking for 2 large cars, suvs or trucks.
• 10 min drive to St. Pete

1st floor duplex
• 2 bedrooms w/ 2 Queen beds
• 2 showers/tubs/toilets
• 1 outdoor shower
• Roku /cable TV in family room.
• Washer & Dryer w/ detergents
• Dining table seating for 4

• No Grill Use
• Outside shower / w semi privacy curtain

• Guests have access to the entire 1st floor, except for owners closet.
• This home has 2 driveways. You can also park on the street for free.
• The 2nd floor area is off limits.
• The outdoor shower and patio area are shared with our very friendly upstairs resident.
Other things to note
• Must be 25+ yrs old to book.
• All guests staying or visiting must not exceed 4 during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry and throughout stay. Prior authorization is required for any visitor.
• Pet policy: Dogs only with restrictions. Must send a message disclosing dog breed and weight prior to booking the reservation. Must add dog(s) on reservation page prior to booking reservation. This is for your dog(s) to occupy the property and not used for additional cleaning and/or damages. All dogs must be house trained. Absolutely no other animals other than dogs including emotional support animals due to severe allergies no exceptions -Airbnb Policy (please find other accommodations). Dogs must never be left unattended or must be crated if left alone. Guests responsible for providing crates and puppy pads if leaving for an extended period of time. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must vacuum up excessive shedding dog hair. Excessive barking is prohibited. This will be met with a friendly warning and must be rectified immediately or risk reservation cancellation. Dogs must be leashed at all times when on property for community safety. Dogs must be taken off premise for bathroom use with immediate pick up. There is no fenced in backyard.
• Early checkin and late checkouts even when available and reserved are not guaranteed due to stringent cleaning standard & schedules. If available, $25 for early checkin 2pm and late check out 12pm. Extended late check out rate depends on request and availability. Failure to check out on time may results in $50 late check out penalty plus for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the non discounted nightly listing fee.
• No smoking (cigarette, marijuana, vaping) of any kind inside the property. Smoking detection monitors inside the unit. $300 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. No smoking is permitted outside of the property. Upstairs resident sensitive and vocal about policy.
• No events, no house parties, No college spring break rentals, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises. Zero tolerance. Very strict.
• Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Treasure Island noise ordinance. Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise required. Violation of noise ordinances will be met with a friendly warning. If warnings are not recognized or there is failure to respond immediately, the host reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation according to cancelation policy. This may escalate to authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.
• All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance. Please read cancelation policy.
• Beach sand must be removed by hose or outside shower prior to entry.
Many of these rules are specifically targeted toward the party crowd and not for intended to discourage respectful adults. Treasure Island is a quiet beach community- our intention is to respect our community. Open & transparent communication goes a very long way. If you have any questions always reach out.
