The Space:

Morning light filters through the windows as the city eases into its day, cafés opening nearby and the steady rhythm of downtown Salt Lake City just outside. Inside, warm wood floors and a calm, uncluttered layout create an easy place to land after winter days spent exploring the city or attending events. When evening settles in, the studio feels especially inviting—a quiet retreat while the streets glow below. You’ll find a comfortable, straightforward space that lets you recharge and enjoy the downtown vibe.



Sleeping arrangements

The sleeping area features a queen size 12" memory foam mattress, offering a restful night’s sleep. For added flexibility, a full sized air mattress is also available, keeping the studio functional while maintaining its open feel.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, providing a simple spot to watch a show, read, or unwind after a day out. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth and continuity. The building offers shared gym access and a pool table, perfect for indoor activity during colder evenings.



Kitchen & dining

A dedicated kitchen lets you prepare breakfast before heading downtown or enjoy a quiet dinner after a late arrival. The layout supports everyday cooking and casual dining without excess, fitting naturally into the studio’s open plan.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi make remote work or planning your next adventure easy. Heating and air conditioning keep the apartment comfortable throughout the colder months.



Bathroom & laundry

The full bathroom includes a walk‑in shower and hot water. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays or winter travel. Shampoo and standard bathroom essentials are not provided.



Building access & safety

Self check‑in is handled via a lockbox, and an elevator serves the floor. Exterior security cameras, a front‑door Blink doorbell, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and other safety equipment provide peace of mind.



Location & getting around

With a Walk Score of 72, Transit Score of 66, and Bike Score of 82, you’re well‑positioned to explore Salt Lake City without a car. Downtown, Temple Square, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and the Delta Center are minutes away, while Salt Lake International Airport is a short drive. Guest Access:

The entire apartment is for you to use except for locked storage cabinets.

Please let us know if you need early check-in, late check-out or a parking permit for the parking lot and we will arrange that for you.

$35 fee check-in at 2 PM



Late Check-out:

$35 fee check-out at 12 PM
