Chambres - un roi, deux reines. (Il y a aussi une grande section dans le salon qui peut être utilisé pour une personne supplémentaire)
TV - Smart TV 60 '(pas de télévision dans les chambres). Pas de câble, mais Wifi et Netflex. Wifi ne nécessite pas le mot de passe.

Large Kitchen & Breakfast Nook - 4 plaques de cuisson électriques (comme indiqué sur les images), four micro-ondes, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, cafetière et équipement de base. Deux rouleaux d'essuie-tout Bounty seront fournis. Plan de travail Kenmore Elite Oven.

Grande terrasse avec barbecue à gaz. Nous avons deux réservoirs d'essence et nous vérifierons qu'ils sont pleins, mais en cas de panne, vous trouverez le mini-marché de Turkey Hill à environ 1, 8 m de la maison ouverte 24h / 24 et pouvant être rempli à cet emplacement.
Il y a un foyer dans la cour arrière que nos clients trouvent très agréable et relaxant.

Arrivée - une fois la réservation confirmée, vous recevrez un formulaire d'inscription du locataire d'une page pour SCE (Saw Creek Estate). Une fois terminé, vous serez enregistré et tous les noms de pilotes seront donnés à la porte. L’invité doit arriver à la porte principale à l’aide de la ligne Visiteur. L’adresse et les modalités d’accès à la maison vous seront communiquées le matin de l’enregistrement. Une fois dans la maison, il y aura une trousse d’information pour le locataire sur la table avec les règles SCE, une carte communautaire, une feuille de contact et des menus pour les endroits proches. S'il vous plaît, se familiariser. Vous trouverez peut-être ces informations utiles.

Perfect Vacation House at the Poconos!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. The backyard has a great patio, with firepit, the setting was lovely. It was perfect for both our families. The community has a great indoor and outdoor pool with playgrounds, tennis court and basketball courts to enjoy. The owner was great and very responsive. She answered any and all questions we had prior to arrival very promptly. You could tell she really wanted us to enjoy our stay and wanted to make things as easy as possible for us. We'd definitely return and stay here again!

Great Gateway!

Teri was very efficient and helpful! She called us at regular intervals and made sure that we reached safely. Hospitality was great. Amenities are awesome, particularly the pool table, hot tub and gas grill with large patio. House was very neat and clean and our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed the stay. All the items in the house are brand new including vessels which give us the feeling that we are just inaugurating the house!! Tons of stuff to do nearby. A great stay! and a wonderful owner! Refund of deposit was very quick. It reached my account before I reach my place back!! Thank you! Regards, George

Worst experience

The owner lied to us about the access to pool in the community,he said that it was closed but eventually he just didn’t pay for the membership.The toilet went out of service,water car out from inside ,crap was everywhere and the smell was in the whole house and he knew that it was unoperable the day before we arrived,the mechanics spent literally the whole day in the house to fix it.He promised us one night refund and it never happened.I don’t recommend to book this house because you don’t know what to expect.

Nice location but serious ran into some issues

Overall nice location. Rented the property for President Day/Valentine Day Weekend. Property is relatively close to ski resorts and some pretty nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend trying SOTE Gastropub food was amazing. When we first arrive my car got stuck in the driveway. Took me and my friends an 30mins to dig me out as the property owner did no clear the driveway. Oven in the kitchen did not work but we were okay as the stock top was functioning. Nice living room and TV, was able to connect my HBOX max account and showtime. Master bed room had a ton of lady bugs which forced us to sleep downstairs. Owner was responsive but seemed to not really care about the issue with the snow on the driveway and lady bugs. Overall the location was cool, living room was nice but most likely would not recommend this property.

Just Disappointed :( I want to start by saying that Teri was very nice during the booking process

& ensured that we check in okay. I don’t believe that things were done intentionally but this properly was extremely overpriced. We chose this home for the amenities — the kids were excited about going to the pools etc. We were told the day prior that the amenities would be unavailable due to COVID by owner. When we arrived at the gate of the community we were informed that the amenities were available. We had already booked additional activities outside the community (costing additional money) so the harm was already done. Plus no guest passes we left for us. When we arrived at the home it was clear that it needed some TLC. There was a hole in the siding by the garage, siding was missing, screens were missing from the windows & plants growing out of the gutters. The back deck appears to have foundational issues — I was nervous walking on it. The stairs are slanted forward & our daughter fell down them shortly after we arrived. I read that a normal oven was not available — just a counter top oven so I brought meals that could all be grilled. We were not happy to see the tiny grill provided. We had to cook things in shifts & the grill did not heat properly. We ended up using charcoal the last day as there was a tiny portable charcoal grill also available. No grill tools. The refrigerator was not cleaned out after the last stay. The ice maker did not work & no ice cube trays provided. There was one small cast iron pan, but was dirty. There was also one skillet & two pots. For what we paid per night you would think that there would be a decent pots/pan set & a nice grill especially w/ the big oven not working. One of my biggest issues with the property itself was that the back door did not lock. It looks like at one point it might have been kicked in. We were unable to leave anything of value in the home & felt unsafe at night. The one guest bedroom door appeared to also have been kicked in at one point. All three bedrooms did have AC units, which was great. All linens/towels were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The master bathroom shower door would not shut & looks to have had water damage by the spout which was spackled. The paint on the vanity door was peeling. There also no window covering in the bathroom, so anyone in the back yard could see in. Told the carpets were recently shampooed but there was a thick border of dirt at the walls. Loved the pool table. We got a lot of use out of it. Many pool sticks were provided.

Dear Ashley, So sorry we did not meet your expectation. I as well beleive you are very honest in your review. it is definatly not 5 star resort & we dont have any intention to portray it that way. Our current guest, checked in after your visit, loves the place & asked us to extend his stay by one day. (we cant accomodate unfortunately because of unusual high demand). But communication is the key; If you had texted me some of the concerns you had , we would have find solution within hours. When I called to make sure you settled in ok, you did not mention any of these complaints & wished you had, becuase we could have fixed some of them easily; You texted back that you checked in & everything was ok. While we could have not addressed all your complaints , we would have easily fixed some; we have brand new grill in the garage we have not opened & ready to be used in case any issues with the old one; we have additional sets of brand pots/pans. Ice maker is working. (not sure why you were not able to use it. will provide the ice tray ) & the same way back door gets locked, just there is a way to lock it & few times we helped guests to lock. we had recently powerwashed the deck & will definately take a look at your concerns and will be fixed if there are any issues. With amenities , this is truly above & beyond our controll. we used to let our guest use our family passes in the past, even though the community sold guest passes. But due to Covid there are many restrictions including the community stopped issuing the guest passes. We wanted to make sure to be compliant. perhaps there are still some owners who do still leave their passes , but dont beleive it is ok. The community website has announcement about haulting issuing Guest Passes & limiting the hours of operations for local residents. We do leave some condiments & water/sodas (from time to time). & were very happy our guests used them. The guest prior your visit asked if it was ok to use the cold drinks. & we were happy to be able to offer something extra. we will address all your concerns & try to fix them. The back view of the Master bath, overlooking the protected woods , beleive is left without window cover intentionally to enjoy the view. There is next to zero chance for anyone to look in. P.S I gave you 5 star in communication; but have to take it back :) Thank you for your feedback, be well & safe! Teri

NOT ANYTHING as Advertised - Owners No Longer Responsive - Don't Care, they got their $$$

This listing states CHARMING & ELEGANT, NEWLY RENOVATED & FURNISHED 3 BEDROOM. Not in the slightest was this house newly renovated (our stay was 10/5-8/17), charming, or elegant. Photos on the site hide a multitude of problems. 1. Oven broken. Optional convection oven. Informed day of check in. Could not cancel, had to re-shop for food, etc. Also the 2 provided propane tanks were 1 that was only half full. Was told there was a place down the way to get more. 2. Front door. No deadbolt, spot for one, but blank. 3. Back door. Broken, not able to lock the entire trip or keep our valuables or 3 year old grandson safe. Had to put a chair under the handle at night to secure. Could not leave anything behind. 4. Deck. Bad condition. Gate broken, stairs slanted, very dangerous - several of us slipped and fell including 3 yo grandson. 5. Backyard. Bag of trash left out back with dog mess inside. 6. Fire pit. Rock bench broken/knocked down day of arrival by owner. No firewood provided - told we could cut our own (how??). No hose to put out any potential fire. 7. Kitchen. States 2 rolls of towels provided - only 1/2 roll. Trashcans filthy. Food left in refrigerator. Several drawers obviously broken. Noticeable mold in several as well. 8. Master bedroom. Day of arrival owner informed there had been a broken water pipe. In fact - no shower head, shower wall had spackling on it, floor moldy and falling apart - owner covered with throw rug. 9. One bedroom (platform bed) - one bulb in overhead light, mold on AC unit, door had kick hole and jam cracked. Other bedroom wasn't used, but dirty. 10. Spare bathroom. Rugs dirty had to wash, undersink cabinet broken and came off hinges when tried to open - fell on 3 yo grandson. 11. Foyer - cathedral ceiling window had dead bugs all over the window sill. 12. Landscape - overgrown and full of weeds - no care there, and house was overall dirty outside. When we contacted HomeAway, they took our grievance, told us they had no way of assisting us with any type of refund from owners. Told to contact owners. Shared everything with owner after stay, no response. No response to follow up email. HomeAway only shared that they are investigating the property through their security division - unable to talk to this division as it's a big secret and they don't talk to the travelers other than asking for a case report and then never following up. Saw Creek Estates Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Saw Creek Estates. From the very beginning, the owner was very responsive - at times, he wrote back to me with questions within an hour. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although we didn't use the amenities the complex offered it is nice that there are things like indoor pools, indoor Jacuzzi and a ski slope during the winter months. The owner provides you with 6 passes to use these amenities. Unfortunately, the oven didn't work. There was an issue with the door latch. When I e-mailed the owner to tell them this they were already aware. I was not informed before arrival and wish I was as we did a bit of grocery shopping. The owner did provide a toaster oven for use but it did not have a rack inside of the oven and we couldn't find it in the house so we did not use it. There is a microwave and stove top that are functional. If you do not plan to use the oven, the house is perfect. I'm sure he will be fixing it soon as he understands the need. There are plenty of plates, utensils and all types of glassware. The owner leaves towels for shower use which is nice. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Overall, great stay. I would recommend it.

Everything was excellent. The home is beautiful and clean as shown in the pictures.

Our stay was perfect. The home was clean ,spacious, and so comfortable. From the nice bedrooms , to the wrap around couch family room and pool table room..we had it all. The neighborhood is peaceful and the home owners could'nt have been more accommodating . We hope to come back.

Wonderful

This is a lovely home in a beautiful cul-de-sac which is perfect if you have children! They can ride their bikes or scooters in the front with out traffic. The interior of the home is spacious and very well maintained. It has beautiful wood floors, a enormous sectional which is perfect for lounging and watching TV, a lot of open space! The kitchen has Eney thing you need to cook, beautiful deck out back with no neighbors just nature! The rooms are very spacious the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only one suggestion from me in the lavander room a mirror would be nice, I needed to do my makeup and the bathroom and the other two rooms were occupied and I had to use my phone! That was a challenge lol! Eteri and Jude were great! Answered all of my questions called to make sure we arrived ok called during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. They have books and movies for kids and even their own table to to sit and read or color! Our experience was wonderful and I will deff be returning! Thank you!

Awesome and Recommended Getaway

It was our fist time renting vacation house, we were surprised and happy after arriving at the property. It is located within secure premise and also provides you needed privacy with the corner plot. We stayed there for 2 nights, and our experience was awesome. Owner maintained the house very neat and clean. All necessary items were provided, so it was a worry free stay. Pool table, Outdoor Grill and Bonefire Pit was a right mix to make stay pleasant. Kids loved it too.. We would definitely recommend renting this house ! - Stayed during Labor Day'16

Calm and cozy house in a cul-de-sac

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were responsive when we needed them. This house is on a quiet street, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property is great as there is a deck to the backyard. The spacious backyard was well maintained with a fire pit. The rooms were cozy and the first floor had a nice opened floor plan. Some suggestions we had were to have a larger dining table as there were six adults and there were four dining chairs, although there were outdoor patio chairs we just brought in, so it worked out fine. The property is in a nice, quiet, secluded, and gated neighborhood. The amenities were good as well. We used the outdoor pool and it was clean. The nearest supermarket was only 15 mins away as well as a gas station and a CVS. All in all we would definitely return to this house if we were to rent again in this area!

Beautiful Serene Property

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac which gave us a tremendous sense of privacy. It is tastefully decorated and the location is great with lots of attractions nearby, including Bushkill falls, biking, boating, etc. No regrets!

Amazing experience

The house is new , spacious, fully equipped and very beautiful .View from back patio us outstanding . It also has a fire pit in the back patio so we enjoyed bonfire night.Also owners are very welcoming and cooperative. But one bedroom didn't have binds/curtain so in the morning time it was difficult to sleep. Overall it was a great experience at this house. We enjoyed a lot.
