Great find!

Perfect getaway to get away from the same old hotel rooms. Comfortable and cozy. Historic outside, but updated inside with everything you need. Would certainly plan to stay here again!

What an amazing place! It was absolutely perfect! I could not have been more happy! The kitchen was just what I needed for meal prepping. I even made a homemade cheesecake The wine was local and delicious. I Love Sanford and definitely be staying here again! Thank you Sarah and Stephen for the hospitality. Everything was perfect

Cozy comfort

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was perfect for me and my daughter to spend time together. The host was very responsive and even provided a lovely bottle of delicious wine. The bed was so very comfortable and my daughter said the sofa bed also slept very well. I will definitely keep this address for future bookings. I was very very pleased with everything!!!

A February weekend in Sanford.

Sanford has a beautiful waterfront walkway, and a crazy about of restaurant. We enjoyed the Breezeway and another one across the street Greek and Italian.the farmers market was well done a nice adsorption vendors.

Loved it

This charming apartment on a very private road is perfect for 1-2 people. The cozy ambiance, immaculate cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities make it an exceptional stay. The location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for a delightful and comfortable experience!

Only suggestion for visitors is to prop two pillows to deflect the air conditioner away from you, which is situated right against the bed.

Spacious and Private!

This newly remodeled 1 bedroom home was private, clean, and convenient to downtown Sanford. The furniture was all new and there was plenty of room throughout the home. Completely separate from other homes in the area--I loved the privacy. I will definitely stay again!

Hi Duane. So sorry to hear that you found the parking to be tricky. It is right next to the apartment itself. We’ve even had granite gravel poured throughout the courtyard and entryway. Everything is lit so that our guests feel safe and secure. I wish you had reached out if there was a problem so that we could maintain our five star rating. Book with confidence!

I stayed here while visiting family in Sanford. This is property is a winner!Check in was a breeze and once in the apartment we were welcomed a wine bar with a bottle of wine waiting for us! This property is so nice, bright and cheerful. Everything looks brand new! There is comfortable seating in the living room with a chair and large sofa as well as three bar stools at the breakfast bar. My daughter and I enjoyed socializing in that nice space! There is a large television both downstairs and upstairs. Pro tip-the TV remote is smartly placed with velcro on the side of the televisions, don't be a dork like me and look all over for it! LOL The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee bar with all the necessary provisions for morning coffee. There is a cute outside seating area as well as off street parking. Upstairs is a full bedroom set with a comfortable queen bed, and a chair. The bathroom is off this bedroom. This property feels like a home with nice hotel like touches such as the aforementioned wine bar, coffee bar, toiletries, extra linens, iron, hair dryer and more. Historic downtown Sanford is only a little over a mile away. It is a doable walk but only an 8 Uber so I chose that option. Historic Sanford is so nice to visit! Sarah and Stephen are the perfect combination of unobtrusive but completely available hosts. I had one small request and Stephen was at my door with it in minutes along with bringing water bottles! Book with confidence! :-)

We enjoyed the property. Everything was clean and accommodating. We affectionately called it the doll house. My younger daughter and I were in town for my oldest daughter's wedding, and this was a great location. The hosts were great.
