HOUSE RULES: We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•No Pets
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request)
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

If you have a car please park the car inside the garage. 2 car can fit inside the garage. Parking is available on the driveway as well on on the street.

~Property Disclosures:
We have 3, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, garage, and backyard, which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home.
Guest access
Our smart lock system provides guests with the convenience of keyless access throughout their stay. This means that you can enter the entire home, including garage door, front, without any hassle.

Self check-in with smart lock key codes will providing upon check in

Private 2 car garage. Driveway also can park 2 cars.
Other things to note
No Pets or animals of any kind are permitted in the Property. Any type of Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited.

The home is located in a quite neighborhood and we are very sensitive for our guests and neighbors comfort, there for we are not allowing party’s or any large gatherings in the house so we can insure everyone’s comfort.

This property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitized serviced for every guest who books with Us! The home will always be stocked with bath towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out us!
