Adventure Acres sits on North Georgia’s quiet side, offering peace, nature, and starry skies.



🚗 Before You Arrive: The property is at the end of a gravel road. SUVs are recommended, though sedans can reach the cabin by taking the final gravel stretch slowly. During rainy or icy conditions, 4WD is recommended.



📝 Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required with your booking before property access is provided.

🚨PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & PROPERTY USE🚨



For the safety of all guests, neighboring properties, wildlife, and the property itself, the following activities are **strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises**:



- Hunting, trapping, shooting, or pursuing wildlife of any kind

- Discharging or using firearms, bows, crossbows, air guns, pellet guns, BB guns, or any other weapon

- Use of ATVs, UTVs, four-wheelers, side-by-sides, or similar off-road vehicles

- Use of gas-powered dirt bikes, motorcycles, or other recreational motorized vehicles

- Use of electric dirt bikes, e-bikes, or similar powered recreational vehicles on the property or trails



Property trails are intended for **pedestrian use only** unless expressly authorized in writing by the property owner.

Guests assume full responsibility for the conduct of all members of their party and any visitors while on the property. Guests are financially responsible for any injury, property damage, environmental damage, fines, claims, or other losses resulting from a violation of these rules.

Any violation may result in **immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund**, in addition to responsibility for any damages, costs, or other remedies permitted under the rental agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these rules constitutes permission to engage in any activity that is otherwise prohibited by law.
