Spacious Home By The Ark

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 25 mins to the Ark Encounter and 30 mins to the Creation museum. 4 wineries within 10 mins. 30 mins to downtown Cincinnati. Enjoy a peaceful, quiet country setting that’s close to the city. This home contains 4 large bedrooms. The master has a King bed, walk in closet, full bath with shower, tub, double vanity and separate room with a toilet. There is also a linen closet in the Master Bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds (not bunks). There is an oversize closet in this room as well. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, twin bed and walk in closet. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a futon bed in the lower level. This home can comfortably sleep 12 without using the Futon Couch. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are on the main level and bedroom 3 and 4 are in the lower level. There are 3 full bathrooms in the home, 1 in the master bedroom, one on main floor near the 2nd bedroom and one in lower level. There is a laundry room with a washer & dryer, as well as a utility tub on the main level. There is a large open living room with a smart TV and a projector/surround sound. There is a dining room with a table that will comfortably seat 8 guests. In the full kitchen, there is a bar area that will seat an additional 3 guests to eat. We have a gas stove top and double ovens, along with 2 sinks and a dishwasher in the Kitchen. There is also a coffee bar located in the kitchen. Downstairs (Finished basement) there is another large living room with a sectional couch and TV and a wet bar with barstools and a sink. We do have a small workout room as well in the basement with dumbbells and a treadmill. The basement has a walkout to the back yard. We have a porch on the front that will accommodate 2 guests and a deck on the rear of the home that will accommodate guests as well. There is a garden pond stocked with goldfish in the front landscaping (kids seem to love the fish & frogs!).
