Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. This property is also equipped with noise monitors. These monitors register the decimal level of the noise.

Additional Guest Fee:

• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 8 people.



Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
