This unique loft features a striking oversized garage door that floods the first floor with natural light, illuminating the open-concept living, dining, and modern, fully-equipped kitchen. A convenient washer/dryer and a full bathroom are tucked around the corner.
Upstairs in the cozy loft, you'll find a luxurious King bed, ample storage, and a dedicated desk space for work or relaxation. This is the ultimate home base for exploring Denver, with every convenience right at your doorstep!

The first floor is defined by a striking oversized garage door that floods the entire space with natural light while fogged panes ensure your privacy.
Lounge Area: Step inside to a welcoming living room featuring a plush leather couch, a 55" smart TV with Roku for all your streaming needs, and a fun new addition: a classic Golden Tee Golf arcade game!
Dine & Cook: The dining area sits behind the couch with a table that comfortably seats four, complemented by two additional stools at the kitchen counter. Moving further in, the updated, fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. It features a full-size glass-top range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Start your day right with the Keurig coffee maker, complete with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar.
Convenience: Down the hall, you'll find a combined washer/dryer equipped with detergent pods and dryer sheets.
Sleek Bathroom & Lofted Bedroom
Bathroom: Just past the laundry area is the beautifully renovated bathroom, featuring clean white countertops and a tiled stand-up shower. Itâs fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a hassle-free stay.
The Loft: Up the carpeted stairs, the private loft space awaits. The open design provides a beautiful view of the high ceilings and sunlit living area below, giving the entire space an airy, open feel.

Sleep Space: Behind the desk, you'll find a cozy King bed with plenty of pillows and extra blankets for a restful night. While there's no traditional closet, a metal rack with coat hangers and shelving is provided for your clothing and shoes.
