Newly renovated spacious second floor apartment. It has everything you need for a vacation back to our hometown to visit the relatives or a business trip. City living in a small town with a beautiful new kitchen/dining/living combination. Washer/dryer combo. Internet, street parking, and we love pets but please do not bring fido!

Free Wifi, smart RokuTV with Netflix and Lots of free apps so you can stream from your personal phone or computer! Basic cable, so get your Netflix account or iTunes account before hand.

I live in Virginia. My close family friend lives in the first floor apartment so please be conscious of your downstairs neighbor. This is my apartment when I come into town, and it is newly renovated, please be respectful and let me know if you need something or something is not working properly. All of our interaction will be by phone, email or texts! Enjoy your stay!

Mt Carmel is a really small town that was booming at the height of the coal era. It is located in a beautiful valley and is surrounded by mountains. There are very interesting things to see and do. Our building used to be a gas station until my brother renovated it in the 1980's. (It has since undergone a recent complete renovation) please be mindful of of your noise level for the tenant who lives downstairs. A convenience store is located two blocks away. Also a grocery store a few more blocks away.

There is ample parking directly in front of building. The street sweeper comes around on Tuesdays, you may park on the grassy area next to the apartment building on Tuesday or park on a side street. You can see the entrance to the grassy area on Locust Street. Local transportation consists of your car or your bike. Uber has not arrived yet.

This is a great location to have a home base to make great day trips around the area. Close to Knoebels, Yuengling Brewery, Pioneer Coal Museum, Hershey Park and the ever popular and eerie Centrailia.
Pets allowed with 100.00 deposit per pet.
Please do not smoke and do not burn down my home.
This is where I live when I visit my mother, so please leave it as nice as you found it.
