PROPERTY RULES:
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Please keep the outside noise to a minimum.

-NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE SMOKING INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY THERE WILL BE A $1,000 FINE! THERE WILL BE NO WARNING. If smoking outside, please keep at least 10 feet of distance between yourself and the property. Also ensure you have closed the door and windows so that no odor penetrates the house.

-NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. If you are found to be using illegal substances on the property or there is a strong odor of the substances being used, there will be a fine of $2,000 and depending on the circumstances may result in you vacating the property. THERE WILL BE NO WARNING. CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND TURN OFF LIGHTS WHEN LEAVING. This will help prevent any rain or bugs from getting into the property and to help us conserve energy.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11PM to 8AM. Please be mindful of noises at all times but especially during quiet hours. No items other than toilet paper and flushable wipes should be flushed down the toilet. If you are found to be in any violation of these rules, you will be warned one time and afterwards will be fined $50 per violation. After 3 violations you will be asked to find new housing.
