Our neighborhood is up and coming! Our property sits one street up from the b&b district and a couple blocks from the happening downtown restaurant scene.

We are a 7min walk to the local farmers market, night life and restaurants. Our front door is 250 ft from the downtown bike trails that stretch for miles through Gainesville and the prairie. We have bikes on property and uber is everywhere.
