It’s a place to sleep maybe. Air conditioning barely worked and could not open any of the windows, water flooded the floor from the shower glass not being sealed, gnats in the bathroom probably because the bathroom vent doesn’t work, the room was very worn. It’s a place to sleep if the heat, beeping from the hallway and street noise doesn’t bother you. Bedding and towels were clean so the cleaning ladies do their best but the hotel is rundown.

This place needs to be renovated. VRBO says check out at 12PM and it's 11am, it says breakfast and no breakfast You arrive and they charge you 400 to check in. What a cluster.

The room was large, especially for being so near to Times Square. It's suited our needs for having three separate beds, as well. It was also nice that housekeeping came in and cleaned the room every morning.

The location was great! But all of the information online and the letter when booked was inaccurate. There was a city fee which was quoted for 17, but ended up being 90 and not charged when booking. The check out time we were told was 12, it was 11. The shower knob was really hard to us as it was almost falling out of the wall as was the shower head. The room itself was good. The bathroom needs attention. And they really need to update the information on the website and booking confirmation letter.

The location for anyone attending Broadway shows is almost unbeatable. And the staff were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve had in New York. The room was clean and beds mostly comfortable. However strangely there was exposed plaster around the windows and covering a hole in the wall. No outlets next to any beds. The bed frame and frame lights were damaged and no lights or outlets available. There is no mini fridge or sign for privacy. It was basically a room under construction. When the room is completed and a fridge is added it will be a great stay. The bunk beds were a little scary and I would not put young children in them if they are busy in their sleep. This could certainly be a favorite location once construction is complete but you should tell people the room is in the process of repairs before renting.

Broadway Adventure

Location, location, location! We were in NY for my child's showcase and made it into a long weekend adventure. The room is close to everything we were looking to do. Shopping, restaurants, shows...everything. Did not have to get in a cab once. The room was comfortable and clean and my family and myself were very pleased with our stay and the very helpful staff.

Starting with the good - This room is clean and is in a nice, safe area of Midtown.However, the bad outweighed the good. Here is a list of shortcomings:1. The host didn't send sign-in instructions. They just assumed that I would know where to go and what to do. 2. The bunk bed in the room should be removed immediately. It's missing supporting metal rod hardware. If you sit in the top bunk, it will bow under your weight. No matter how light or heavy you are.3. They don't have Privacy signs for your door. I asked for one at the front desk and was told that housekeeping would bring it up. They did not bring it up and the next morning housekeeping woke us up by entering the room while we were still in bed.4. The bathroom door has an obvious hole in it from someone punching it. As well as an extremely loose door handle. There also isn't a fan in the bathroom.5. We accidentally broke one of the chain levers for our window shades. We told the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it. When we got back later that night, it was still broken and they broke the other one during the process.6. The wallpaper has splotches of discoloration. There are also chips of paint missing in various walls, as well as splotches of grey paint on the ground moldings. 7. The hotel is near a nightclub. Music will blast directly outside until 1AM.I'm giving it a 3 rating only because it was clean. Would not stay here again.
